A multi part walkthrough series both helped me learn the more clandestine mechanics of the game while also being entertaining to watch in its own right, and I love it so much. Sometimes, I just need a Chrono Trigger type JRPG, that’s not Chrono Trigger. Something fun and light with some occasional good challenge and some key dramatic moments and banger soundtrack. Make games shorter again!>> <<@artisansArchive says : It is the only one just for me>> <<@jacobjaramillo3192 says : Wait, what did chain kong do? ☹️>> <<@ThePlatano_ says : 3:00 3:34>> <<@YamatoFukkatsu says : It's pretty sad how Mario's first foray into the RPG genre had such a unique aesthetic combined with a very unique cast of characters and enemies, all while still keeping the familiar qualities of the Mario franchise perfectly intact....... then the Square partnership fell apart and the later Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi games were set more in the established Mario universe, though still fantastic....... only for it to then devolved into the likes of Sticker Star and every other RPG that came after it (a decade-long trend that was, not counting the remakes, finally broken just recently with Brothership).
