But if you are a neurotypical person, please don’t wait to become motivated. It sounds cliche but pull yourself up by your bootstrap. Unless you are burnt out motivation comes from hard work, not the other way around. Whether it’s training, studying, doing art or anything else get out of your house and do it. As often as you can. Instead of waiting for your motivation to reach you, take control of your life and make it a routine.
