We grew up on meat, potatoes and vegetables. Today I eat what I like including rice, pasta and all meats. At 68 I have no issues, do a full days work and have a healthy BMI. My father is 91 yrs and has lived the same. So Sadhguru, you can do as you wish and so will I continue as I have with life's culinary pleasures.
