Foreign language has created a barrier in Africa. Before English and French there was Latin. A lot of words were borrowed from Latin to enrich them during the Renaissance era. Africans need to translate a lot of modern knowledge into African language. Instead of helping the people to reorient in accordance with their cultural history, African rulers, especially the men, have developed a false sense of what intelligence means. Therefore, they have continued to immerse their people in foreign cultures, because they embraced foreign culture.>>
