Siting and Technology selection for a country like Burkina Faso might be a bit of a challenge, but it will be interesting to see how everything works out. Nuclear fuel (Uranium) is quite cheap by the way and we have it in abundance right here on the continent, it is the cheapest and most industrious energy any country could have... If anyone tells you that you can develop a country and build industry on Solar and Wind energy, run away from that hustler! Africa doesn't have to copy and paste what the West has done.
