I learnt from you a while to strive to do my best wherever I am. This teachimg aligned very well with my values, because here in Romania, for the last 20 years, all people wanted was to go abroad toward the western society which was simingly more developed and civilized and less corrupted. (I think they just deceive themselves not understanding that if nobody stayes there is nobody to improve this place) But back to my question... I've been working for a company for the last 7 years of my life. I really like the people here, and they are the only reason that I keep staying here. Cause...it feels like a family (and I don't mean in the toxic corporate way, but really there is a hand of people that make this place a lot more pleasant) In the last 3 years, I've been moved to a full dutch team (the company has office there too). But no matter what I do every day feels like a struggle to work in this team...not that those people are not nice too, because they are and I leqrn a lot from them, but their way of work is like...not fitting me at all. I have completelly different expectations on how things should be going on.
