Stop treating other people as a reference point and source of validation (e.g. love). Sit down alone and get to know yourself. There's nothing to be afraid of - you can be a pretty cool person. Sit on the floor and be with yourself. Sadhguru gave us tools and instructions on how to start. They are pretty easy.
