In my city here we had no blackouts l, even the small scale ones since 2005 or something and in my parents remote village the electricity only goes off when the powerfull lightnings are potentially harmfull to the grid. As the clouds subside, the power is back on. Also we pay $3 to $7 monthly for electricity to power my parents big TV and my 2CPU 1.5 kWatt computer including all other houshold needs.
