<<@TomBilyeu says : WARNING: I will never ask for your contact info in the comments section, that is someone impersonating me!>> <<@zz97531 says : Moral degenerate Attia at it again. Guess it’s the low carb foods he eats, even if the gluten content is unknown.>> <<@Fedzy says : Is it low carb and gluten free?>> <<@thatswhatIsaidmate says : Tom is the most annoying and obnoxious person EVER!>> <<@cameronfoord1514 says : Peter you went off on your weight-loss rant but Tom wasn’t asking about that. Finally got to the point about protein needs @5mins>> <<@markmulvaney8937 says : Calorie restriction works if you work it. Tracking and keeping my calorie input at or below 2k per day has got me 32 lbs down in 5 months. 18 lbs to go from 240 to 200 lbs. slow and steady wins the race. Added bonus… you reset your appetite by moderating calories to the point where 2k a day is completely satisfying. I’m actually worried this was too easy. Keto etc are unsustainable for me.>> <<@christinemarie6976 says : Wait...I thought having your prey panicked brought you youth and vitality. Adrenochrome anyone?>> <<@maggiemay97 says : I love Dr. Attiya, but he doesn’t live in the real world. Those venison sticks he’s talking about that he has five of as a snack cost about $5 EACH or more depending on the quantity you buy.>> <<@llnow1237 says : What research is he referencing re protein?. Dr. Fung has said otherwise re loosing muscle when fasting.>> <<@AllBallsNoTaint says : In my 20’s I was trying to get abs by eating hydroxy cut and following the body for life program. I never achieved it Now I20 years later at 44 , I’m just trying to treat hypertension , high cholesterol and prediabetes 🙄>> <<@garynicholas4334 says : Considering muscle has memory is muscle loss while intermittent fasting that important if the regain of original muscle is prioritised regularly enough?>> <<@jamiemarzano7389 says : I can't listen to this deer killing.>> <<@ElizabethHonoria138 says : People throw around the concept of having Dexa scans, MRI's, CT scans, etc. with no mention of what such levels of radiation are producing in the very cellular structure of the body. You couldn't pay me to have a Dexa scan unless I understood the ramifications of such a test.>> <<@HurricaneIrene07 says : Darn, I need to listen for over 2 hours to find out the secret snack.>> <<@Grod1020 says : The two of you constantly talking over each other is extremely distracting>> <<@robynhope219 says : What do u think of the hi starch, low protein diet? The promoter died from malnutrition..that's what I think bc he lost a lot of weight and muscle mass before he died. His name is John MacDougall, MD.>> <<@ericamalast9896 says : Who sells elk and deer meat???>> <<@gloriascott633 says : Yes Peter, I hear you and thanks for your insecurity statement it makes most of us wants to go on considering how much we looks up to you and your knowledge. Thanks for outlive!❤😂>> <<@sat0sh139 says : I love Attia's attention to detail, in regard to the way he words his statements. He is actively striving to speak as clearly and truthfully as a person can, and about such a complicated topic. I trust that he will continually make adjustments as he directs his arrow toward the bullseye.>> <<@YungDogey says : Something about fasting feels quite good if you do it right. Are you sure there aren't benefits of some sort? Maybe it's the ketones?>> <<@tutumiles1 says : The idea that the body can only synthesize 40 grams of protein at once has been proven to be wrong. Therefore, we can eat 100 grams of protein in one sitting. While I break my protein amounts into 3 meals. I do 16:8 fasting and lost 50 pounds of weight. I am a muscular 69 years old. I lift weight 5 days a week and average 12,000 steps per day. My note is not to argue with Peter, I am only saying the protein limits are a lot higher than previously thought.>> <<@88tongued says : 1:51:30 peter says the bottleneck for elite fitness is in the muscles not the heart and lungs. A recent podcast with Rhonda Patrick seems to claim that it isn't the mitochondria or the lungs but the blood pumping and circulatory volume that is the limiting factor. Large hearts with high pumping capacity is the key>> <<@ghoward6705 says : Amexicans are hilarious. You starve yourself..:and then you die. The end. Do you ever wonder if on your deathbed, alone and scared, you might wish you ate more pizza with friends?>> <<@cheryldeahn-eg3fe says : please don’t swear. Can’t play for the kids>> <<@leanmchungry4735 says : 'I have these venison sticks...they're harvested by snipper at night' haha>> <<@leepreece813 says : Dude thinks an only potato diet can allow someone to lose fat. Wow.>> <<@debbiesmith2207 says : Fecal transplants have been studied and shown to be extremely effective .>> <<@SpawnQuestGaming says : He’s wrong about protein intake>> <<@SpawnQuestGaming says : This guy’s outlook is outdated>> <<@StreetSmartMillionaire says : The click bait says "I eat this snack everyday" and I arrive at a 2 hour and 27 minute video.>> <<@sknails2723 says : soo wtf man, IF is BS? lool>> <<@brockbickers says : 😂>> <<@julesgilman4918 says : What food does peter eat everyday???!>> <<@Philusteen says : Attia is great, but he's really misrepresenting the value of a ketogenic diet to lose body fat. Insulin is the mechanism that HAS to be normalized, and if you're seriously overweight it's most likely (but not always) that your insulin response is dysregulated. You can resolve this by getting into ketosis for the better part of a few weeks or months, and by avoiding processed carbs like sugar or flour that spike insulin - and energy storage - and then easing carbs back in BASED ON PHYSICAL OUTPUT. Calories are of course important, but for a fat / obese person, your body's approach to energy use has to be prioritized first - otherwise you just won't move the needle.>> <<@maxiglesias7664 says : The beginning was about diet. Very interesting, then it got psycho. Looks like not well planned interview. Very sad because there is a lot to get, learn from Peter.>> <<@rikard4711 says : 2g per kg is way too much imo, unless you're very serious in the gym and think the very small amount of extra gains is worth it compared to eating like 1.2g per kg. Been studying protein needs quite a bit. Also been packing on a lot of muscles during the last year not going over 100g protein a day (I started at 80kg, now at 86kg). Too much protein can hurt your kidneys and the amino acid Methionine can increase the risk of cancer if you're taking too much in. Listen to Stanford Professor Christopher Gardner (he's on Youtube) if you wanna hear a completely different take on protein needs. Also, too much animal protein is toxic to the body.>> <<@FaridaSultanaIchoosesuccess says : " warm bucket of hampster vomit " God Peter!! Decorum please !!!>> <<@RydinginStyle72 says : Dr Gabrielle Lyons just explained a new study that is very good on protein and you can take up to 100 G at a time for muscle protein synthesis>> <<@MrsRobinson398 says : A lot of good information here but I was struck by something in the conversation. An almost desperate wish to ‘not die’. It struck me how sad this seemed because it highlighted a lack of hope or faith for something after this life. The meaning of life has to be much more than just continuing to exist. My faith in God helps me in dealing with my mortality and knowing that there is something much better waiting for me after this life. Just a few random thoughts. Begin the comments on how stupid I am to believe I’m God in 3,2, 1….>> <<@zzxxccaa777 says : Tom needs to do some reading before asking questions and stop interrupting.>> <<@Grant83023 says : Someone should tell this fella we have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason, to do more listening than talking, constant interruptions>> <<@phylpott1 says : Thank you, Tom. Impact indeed... 😊>> <<@lukenettekoven8469 says : Peter, you're such a gangster in how you take the time to explain these complex concepts to all of us normal folks.>> <<@ptortland says : OMG! Peter has such outstanding and profound information. If only Tom would shut his mouth and stop interrupting every 10 seconds and trying to get a personal medical consultation out of Peter, it would be so much better an interview. I almost stopped watching the video because Tom was so annoying. But the value of Peter’s information overshadowed that… Barely.>> <<@alexandrerighi says : Dude has Ayrton Senna's cap on. Respect! 🇧🇷>> <<@alyssagriggs9431 says : Damn, those venison sticks are EXPENSIVE! $125 for a box of 24 sticks, so eating 4 a day as a snack they would only last 6 days! I have no doubt they are worth every penny, but I would guess that is way out of most people's budgets>> <<@pinnick says : Peter: Sometimes, I eat Greek Yogurt. Tom: this seeeeems impossibllllle.>> <<@colinberry12 says : What is the venison stick brand that he recommends?>> <<@richardmiddleton7770 says : What about the recent study suggesting upto 100g of protein provides better synthesis than 30g? 100g was the highest the study went upto so it could be even higher and my guess is it is unlimited! This stands to reason as early man would not portion out his protein after a kill!>> <<@edm_enthusiast says : 15:29 I like this guy but is he really gonna say he casually eats a $20-25 snack? 😂 Those venison bars look great and definitely good/healthy for you, but that price is kinda high for the average person, especially if you're purely eating them for protein.>>
