The Pan-African movement, is a movement dedicated to establishing liberation and independence for African nations and cultivating of unity among black people throughout the world and to create a sense of brotherhood and collaboration among all people of African descent whether they lived inside or outside of Africa. It is possible to be independent and still be unified when it comes to political, social, and the economical progress and prosperity of African people. Pan-Africanist leaders like Ibrahim Traoré, Julius Malema, and others on the continent and throughout the world are already making moves and attempts to establish a unified Africa. We live in the age of knowledge and information and social media is psychological warfare and right now Pan-Africanist media platforms are winning this battle and opening the minds of African people throughout the world. We understand that African unity is not going to happen overnight, and know we have those obstructionist naysayers and skeptics amongst us, but if you truly are paying attention to social media, African unity among our black sisters and brothers is starting to take shape. Black people are finally starting to wake up and starting to understand that the tribalism and divisiveness we have among ourselves is detrimental to our own progress. Unity and getting on code as black people is the only solution for a prosperous Africa. We have a lot of work to do to make this a reality. Some people are saying a unified Africa will never happen, but remember they used to say slavery will never end, but it did. They used to say that jim-crow and segregation in the U.S. will never end but it did. They used to say that African nations will never gain independence and colonization will never end but it did. Nigeria, Ghana, and other major ECOWAS countries remained silent. Now, AES has made the decision to leave ECOWAS. Why is ECOWAS upset? If they have allowed themselves to be colonized by the French, they cannot then try to colonize the entire West Africa.
