Notice the extra bit at the end of this second post, which comes from "youth guide to the Canadian charter..." I mean how much clearer does it need to be? I know this is all legalese crap but people should be able to see this and understand it does not apply to them and the government is even telling them this. Even showing this to people, I can tell it just does not compute for them.
