Since Zuma's term our country worryingly produced increasing debt, only. In terms of exports or any other measurement we simply don't produce. Our population grows daily, on the other hand our economy doesn't, πit declines. Foreign investment is weak. Meanwhile in the Eastern Cape 1 in 4 children, we seeing stunted growth through malnutrition. People comit suicide and take the rest of the family with them, while Malema goes to the gym to not get fat again. This guy is doing the worst for the people of south Africa. Money doesn't flow towards animosity. .

Very well articulated Malema is, him winning this election will be huge deliverance to Africa... what worries the West and its allies is an independent uncontrollable black ascending in power ... vivaaa Malemo, it's true why should us be the one to ask Europe what will we request from them and not them asking us? African leaders should arise.... South Sudan πΈπΈ well represented.

Y'all falling for this man's honeyed words. He says all the right things just to gain your favor, rouse your emotions and control you with it. The first step to gain control over a human being is to manipulate their emotions, and Julius Malema is dangerously good at it. The Nguni tribesmen should go back to where they came from, South Africa is not your land. The closer you get to the Equator the darker the skin colour of all people around the world, and likewise the further you move from the Equator the lighter skin color becomes, those at the poles who are furthest from the Equator have white skin. You Nguni people came from somewhere close to the Equator, your origins are not in South Africa. The real natives of South Africa have brown skin, not black. Now you want to claim South Africa is your land, the land of your ancestors, you have no ancestors here, you don't know where you originate from. You're no different from the white man, claiming things that never belonged to you. The Khoisan have been here for over a thousand years before you ever even set foot in this land, give to the Khoisan what belongs to them. You, Julius Malema, are Nguni, not Khoisan, you have no rights to this land. Go be a president in whatever country your Nguni people came from. You're so anti-whiteman yet you want to do the exact same as them and play the king in a kingdom that doesn't belong to you. It was the Khoisan who fought and prevailed against the white man to the point where the white man had to give up on enslaving the Khoisan and had to import Indian slaves from India to do their work. If you don't plan on giving back to the Khoisan and their descendants what rightfully belongs to them, then get out and leave, go back to your ancestral land, you're not needed here.

<<@michellemaistry3170
says :
All those who are commenting Julius is a great man and a powerful leader etc etc, undoubtedly you are NOT from South Africa but from other northern African countries supporting Julius only because he himself is NOT from South Africa but from Zimbabwe and wants to become president here because he wants to allow all foreigners from northern Africa to come live, work and take over South Africa from its rightful citizens who are legal citizens born here. Julius is a two faced politician with hidden agendas and commits treason against our useless president Ramphosa and the only reason why he broke away from the ANC and formed his own political party the EFF, is to cause corruption his own way. He has already caused mayhem and destruction by instigating the July 2021 civil unrest and murdering of our white farmers and trying to drive Indians away from their homes and land claiming that the land belongs to "them." The fool isn't even from South Africa so how does the land belong to him and other blacks living in other parts of Africa but not IN South Africa. He has ulterior motives for sure. They kicked him out of Zimbabwe and now he wants to act as if he owns South Africa. He, his party and his brainwashed followers are FOOLS. He should rather go back to his own homeland instead of dictating that Indians should go back to India (where we never even came from but were born in South Africa as well as our parents). Most businesses are Indian owned and the unrest saw that these buildings were burnt down by his followers so that businesses will shut down. They did the same with Chinese owned businesses. He and his party are undisciplined, uneducated, unprofessional, unskilled, and disruptive during SONA addresses in parliament. We do not want or need him in South Africa

With respect, there's some things I agree and some things I disagree. Agree: - Economical decisions in the best interests of your country. - Economical decisions should be non-political. - Investment should prioritize creating jobs for the local economy. - Investors should prioritize profit over politics. Unfortunately, that's not how the world works. If you are a broke young man you can't make demands of a beautiful young woman. You can't force her to fall in love with you. You have to entice her. As you grow older as a man and you gain more resources and wealth and power, then you can have demands of a woman. In fact, women will chase after you. Women want strong, stable man. In the same way, investors want to invest in strong, stable economies with political views that don't negatively effect investment. Disagree: - China successfully employed socialism? [Actually, China employed capitalistic principles in their manufacturing sector, which made it successful. Unfortunately, the communist government is the biggest stakeholder] - Just because socialism was unsuccessful in East Germany, doesn't mean it won't work here? [Actually, every country other than capitalist democracy has failed. Russia had to abandon Socialism, Argentina is in the process of dismantling communism]. See https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_communist_states - Investors must be forced to agree to our terms? [There are 195 countries in the world. Investors have more choice than us. When you see a hot girl, it's your job to suck up to her. She has many guys chasing after her] - 2008 market crash was because of capitalism? [Actually, it was because of stock market manipulation, nothing to do with capitalism] I do agree we should prioritize South Africa first. But at the moment, we don't have much to bargain with. Make it easy for investors to invest, then as time goes by, gradually tightened the rules to the benefit of the country.

Sorry Mr Malema - I hear what you are saying and you are correct - if the deal is well structured, land ownership will not stop real investment - I must correct you about the lease of property in Midrand - the leases are not 100 years but 1000 years - if you understand anything about property finance you will know that any value over 100 years is equivalent to market value - 99 years and less will start to depreciate the land asset value - this is simple mathematics
