<<@SuperFly1414 says : I absolutely love and support how you are so open and welcoming to your local police departments to come in and train. I think that is amazing, and more than a great way to give back to the community. I think a really cool thing would to be a small building area near the ranges to rent tables and other things to help people.>> <<@Rebelson122 says : “Then they go home” NO MATT! NO THEY GO BACK TO THEIR OWN CAMPSITE AT THE RANCH 😂😂😂🫡🫡🫡>> <<@hati8576 says : Any chance of a motocross track on the desperado resort? Some place kids could come build birdhouses and such. Maybe some pottery wheels and a kiln?>> <<@paulacoburn4340 says : I think you rock!>> <<@uptonscustoms says : Mikeys doghouse>> <<@rrittenhouse says : LOL woulda been a good little grow house 🤣>> <<@KarlaM-AngelThine says : I would put in one of the old fashioned raised up showers, with bath plug in the floor, suitable to hold enough water to bath young children if needed. Otherwise it's just a comfortable shower that doesn't leak water on the floor 😊 Make sure the sofa is a bed sofa, or modular, so a couple with two smaller children have the option of coming with the kids. Love your tiny house idea. I wonder if I will ever get to visit your resort, all the way from Australia 🇦🇺 🤔 Maybe one day, before I'm too old to travel OS 😂>> <<@userKIGE says : Tiny house at the Edge of the Property.... excellent idea , but open concept 😮 might be a great idea too..... Loft bedroom cute as hell. Tint the glass lots of light....sounds nice🎉>> <<@ghostbirdlary says : you need to get grass on that berm. erosion looking kinda bad>> <<@firemanandhellhound6134 says : Matt, please reach out to me. Go into pretty much any indoor shooting range and look up at the ceiling and count bullet holes. Unfortunately, a LOT of those holes were made by LEO who thought they knew more about “safe” firearms operation than they actually did. Of course not all LEO, but sadly there’s a significant proportion of them that really don’t know what their doing with their sidearms and the ONLY shooting they do is once a year to barely pass their annual qualifications>> <<@williamswanson7086 says : Flip kitchen and living room. I say go for it, lol>> <<@masterspin7796 says : Having 220 you could have a welder and a mill...Also being close to the freeway makes it easier to receive supplies...>> <<@kathrynboles6027 says : I just had another thought. . . when the resort is up and running, you could use the tiny house for a 24-hour manager or security/maintenance person as part (or all?) of their compensation for their services.>> <<@kathrynboles6027 says : As a young woman, wanted so much to flip houses, and I love every aspect of all of the construction/fixing up of it. Plus, I love to paint. But alas, hubby wasn't enthusiastic about it. Guess it wasn't meant to be. About the tiny home; as an occasional traveler myself, I can tell you that a lot of tourists leave the room/rental in the AM and go sightseeing, etc. and come back to the room with leftovers to heat up or something they bought to heat up for dinner, which can be done in a microwave. Since you will be renting this before the resort is ready to fully enjoy, why not advertise it at a discounted price and then list how close the nearest town is, restaurants there and close-by places to see/visit.? Also, are you going to make the couch a fold-out for sleeping? And I might suggest putting up just a partial privacy wall at the side of the bathroom entry. It could be an attractive piece of decor;, like a moveable folding screen, or just a partial wall that doesn't have to go all the way up. I have done loads of property management and some home staging as part of it from time to time, plus my husband and I have done some travelling over the years and these thoughts sort of came to me as I watched. Also, with the advertising I suggested, folks would then just plan on doing their activities/sightseeing away from the resort, so you wouldn't be obligated to provide any of the eventual amenities you will be offering as a full service resort. t>> <<@creakingpines says : 15- yess>>
