Charge a dollar each to recover costs. I would have problems with getting to work from different continent. On 27 July 2018 there was a moon eclipse visible from Szczecin. Never had a chance to see full solar eclipse. But please... don't organize event in Mayan style like in Apocalypto. Research ways to see it without going blind. Totality only lasts moments and then your eyes can be damaged again.
