The second runner up in the election was Amadou ba, he also was a tax inspector but on the contrary he's a billionaire through corruption. Amadou ba would audit a company that ows 140 billions cfa ($290millions)in taxes, he would make it pay 14 billions($29millions) and he would pocket 2 billions cfa. That kind of act is straight up corruption.
