Unless it's part of a strategy to attract truckers who want to learn to code to your course?>> <<@User-hy6ur says : 5:43 lol I’m a woman and I fit one of those races so I highly doubt I’ll have a problem getting a job. Clearly I agree with what you’re saying to an EXTENT, but this is quite the defeatist attitude and isn’t actually helpful towards those you think *will* be discriminated against. In reality, it boils down to how you are as an individual. And I believe that more than anything else, purely from experience. 😊>> <<@ZOA360 says : CEO of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, even says kids shouldn't learn to code, and says to leave it to the AI 😂>> <<@anu.wwilfred5442 says : HI ,I need one suggestion from you as new software Rand D. Can you please come to me for better steps need to think about to handle the job .>> <<@DW293Fam says : Anyone reading this comment... Fk code. When you learn the instructions of a computer, you can become a computer. Learning the languages of a computer is like saying I want to learn French. As you become fluent in French, people may think you are French because of what you speak and how you speak. The same principle applies to learning to code. Becoming a fkin robot is not an option. Jesus is the way. Period.>> <<@eh6413 says : Well, when COL (rent) goes through the roof, and housing cost has skyrocketed, and your pay increases are far outpaced by the "Wage Spiral Effect" (btw, this is largely due to the SW Dev/Eng field affecting the rest of us), the only solution is to "join them". I saved for a house for 11 years and had much more than a down payment (in Portland, OR), yet the unprecedented influx of SW Devs that caused our housing to literally double, if not triple in the last 10 to 15 years pushed many people like myself out of the real estate market. Homelessness is also rooted in few things--one of which is this effect of rapid COL increase as such. So basically these type of "don't switch to SW" warnings don't move me at all. I don't have time to waste, and there would be no other way to get caught up with the wage tiers of SW Devs who -- again, caused the Wage Price Spiral Effect. I don't care about my age (being way up there), or that I'm learning and during a time of layoffs, AI, post pandemic, etc. I have no choice. Many of us don't. This is the reality of our world. Easy for you to preach when you have gained so much wealth and probably don't have to worry about your next rent.... I mean, mortgage payment, right?>> <<@marcuscabrera4079 says : Better is to simply learn the CRM platform that orgs are using, and then getting standard certificates in these programs. Just my hunch.>> <<@fatemehhassanpour5336 says : How discouraging! didn't like your attitude!>> <<@elcapitan6126 says : reversing a linked list in the manner you're expected to under interview conditions was NEVER a part of software development, not even for the "inventors" of algorithms and data structures. these silly interview questions just reveal who knows the "trick" and who doesn't for a given problems sticking point. none of the interviewers given those hacker rank style problems would ever come up with the solutions themselves without standing on the shoulders of giants in computer science's history. it's all so contrived the way software engineering is portrayed and gatekept.>> <<@claudiustirbei5214 says : The way is presenting a very big truth reminds me Ecce Homo by Friedrich Nietzsch. Well done straight to the point. I'm senior with over 25+ years, and I totally agree.>> <<@suzukigsxfa9683 says : Hilarious 😂😂>> <<@suzukigsxfa9683 says : Y'all are asking the wrong questions. It seems most are too scared , ignore it, or I guess support it.>> <<@ezbg says : The thing about marketing is the barrier to entry is lower then coding, or software Dev/engineering, so if you’re not “diversity” its even harder and your chances of being overlooked and denied are even higher in regards to employment>> <<@elharrison10 says : This is the most discouraging thing I’ve heard since I started learning basic html/css. What were you trying to say with this? Anything change in the past 2 years. I have no career prospects living in a foreign communist country with a degree that is worthless here and I need to start a career because my wife and I want to have a kid.>> <<@leojohn6702 says : I actually started to code. I don’t regret the decision. Best advice from a junior -> learn to code. You won’t regret.>> <<@user-zv4bd3xv7i says : Wow, this guy is negative. No wonder he doesn’t work for Google anymore, he probably got fired due to his attitude. This guy is comparing himself to Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos. Arrogant much? Attitude is everything! I have made a few things with it and actually want to learn more, and I see VFX and CGI as great professions. The problem is that my parents don't approve of it, and there is the risk of job insecurity. So can you tell me more in detail about VFX artists and their jobs? I don't have knowledge of the outside world and am kind of scared and worried about my own future, to be honest. cau u plz guide me through it.>> <<@MrVisionDPB says : How can I meet someone like you with these skills?, I have an idea to direct a video/app programmer into developing the job employment practices.>> <<@olivergreaves5665 says : Blaming what's going on in CA on "communism" and SJW? Damn man! Look in the mirror. People with no experience outside of their carefully planned lives may never be exposed to the truth that laissez-faire economics (especially in regards to real estate development), the under-funding of public schools and a terrible-horrible-awful health care system are AT LEAST as much to blame as any of the conservative dummy-specter he mentioned. Bleh. He may be really smart in some ways, but man, what a tool!>> <<@istvanpraha says : Omg “just hypothetically”>> <<@harrymandel says : Great advice - you could be a janitor for 36 000 why would you like to have 200 000 like me...Do you think you are as good as me. Not everybody is a rocket scientist. Jobs of the future. All need programmers. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Specialists: As AI technology continues to advance, specialists in AI and machine learning will be in high demand for developing and implementing AI systems in various industries. Data Scientists and Analysts: With the increasing importance of data-driven decision-making, professionals who can analyze and interpret data will continue to be essential in a wide range of sectors. Cybersecurity Experts: As cyber threats become more sophisticated, cybersecurity experts will be needed to protect sensitive data and networks from cyberattacks.>> <<@PetrGladkikh says : You admit that your career path, that is, let's say, exceptional. And you are trying to give an advice discouraging anyone to get into IT assuming all the wannabees expect 500k a year, and they are not going to get it. It is like there are no other options. Really? I appreciate your attempt to tame your hubris, but it does look awkward.>> <<@DonaldDuck666 says : This guy is worse then andrew tate.>> <<@mackshearer974 says : “I’m him”>> <<@User-om5bv says : what I like about the Tech jobs and programming is that is one of those jobs you can do from a computer from any place in your area, rather than exclusively from an office. I'm uncertain if this line of work is the one to become a "digital nomad" but it's useful to have a job that lets you go wherever you go if needed and continue work from there.>> <<@Swagtastic225 says : real estate agent makes way more>> <<@loblinkerfluid says : He said im the 1% of intelligence period get on my level oh wait you can't all in one fortunately im a nerd. 🤣>> <<@sammynochains3455 says : Which part of this is sarcasm actually.?>> <<@cjsport1254 says : Well I’m black it’ll finally work for me I guess.>> <<@aj2315 says : Ahaha useless rant and he is also wrong it’s 2 years later and 6 month boot camp grads are making more money than people in some industries working 10+ years>> <<@youngslav says : I love such videos.
