A couple of years ago, there was a SpaceX launch that I could see from my house in Corona CA, a little after sunset. It was so beautiful that I called all my roommate's out to see it. SpaceX doesn't "kick the tires," but it certainly "lights the fires" in so many people who believe in what you are doing. I'm too old to think that I'd have a chance to go into space, but I do envy the people who will be able to do that in the decades and centuries to come.
