If an interview happens those interviews are also abusive, 5-8 rounds of interviews over a two month period and then the hiring manager ghosts the candidate and no job is every landed. People run out of unemployment benefits in six months but they are spenidng 12 months turning into two years applying for fake jobs and being ghosted on interviews - there is already a mental health crisis in the country - long term unemployment destroys marriages, credit ratings, then one cannot pay the mortage or rent and buy food etc. and also raising the suicide rate and domestic violence.
