Also color scheme.. keep it white and change the trim and walkways to a medium to dark even maybe almost black brown wood brown. White keeps it bright and clean looking from the dessert colors all around. That way later on it will match other buildings if you go with a real wood trim theme. He expressed some concerns about neighbors trespassing on his land. It would be great and a natural fit for them to relocate to your resort and be the on-site managers or overseers.
