There was something about the immense power of the ocean that helps someone to put things into perspective. You said in your video that time is the most precious thing we have. As you get older, into your 50s and 60s, for example, you may change your perspective on that. As someone that has chronic pain and experiences difficulty, getting out in nature, I feel that health is the most precious thing we have.
