Interestingly, in Serbia, we have a family tree organized for 16 generations, which aligns closely with what I read. The oldest in our lineage are known as White Eagle (male) and White Bee (female), so my son and I would have different White Eagle and White Bee ancestors. I believe that over the last 200 years, rapid changes in our lifestyle have been detrimental to our health. We no longer eat the same food or store it in the same way. We are exposed to artificial lights and sounds, and our sleep patterns have changed. Additionally, the products we use on our bodies, including fabrics, have drastically evolved. While I believe the human body can withstand and adapt to some changes over 14 or 16 generations, I don't think our DNA is designed to endure so many changes in just a few generations. Furthermore, the substances we inject into infants add to this burden. Together, these factors contribute to the rise of many "mysterious" conditions.>> <<@stacysedgewood9600 says : My biggest dietary change is soda. For years I drank diet soda. Few realize that a lot of that is chemicals. Fewer still realize that diet soda is still processed by the body as sugar, but the brain knows it isn't sugar, so it asks the body for more. This is why so many people who drink diet soda will often drink two or three liters a day of it.>> <<@TRW-or6cs says : The discussion breaks down after air pollution. Lot of musculoskeletal issues from contact sports and laborious work, but if I was exposed it was my own fault. I should have worn gloves, read the directions to select the correct PPE. Years ago we didn't know about this, but we had a silica dust final ruling in 2016 and they want people to be aware of the cancerous nature of this substance. I'm sure like many of you you're no longer to tolerate wheat, seed oils and sugar in your diet. You get sick every day and you know what's causing it but you have to eat to survive. Most of my diet is organic fruit and plant protein from various high quality sources. I use a lot of Cannabis a large amount. Remember I'm 59. I believe Cannabis is neuroprotective. I only drink high mountain spring water. I have a history of being a functioning drug addict for my entire life until I was about 39. I've healed my drug related brain damage to the point where I was actually able to go back to college in my late 50s and earn a Computer Science degree with all A grades. I suddenly realized after I graduated this May that I healed my brain. My lifestyle choices are paying off. I've been working on myself for about 20 years now. In about 2004 I moved from the city to the country and became a bike bum and slept in a tent in someone's yard for 3 years until I could get disability. I was an IT industry burnout and my lifestyle was a recipe for death. For about 15 years I struggled to survive and my brain and body were nearly dead. I had nail fungus so bad that I would have to cut into the nail bed directly into the center of the nail to clean out the rotting flesh. My doctor can't believe that I cured my nail fungus. I had to completely stop eating sugar and wheat. It was the most difficult thing I've ever done. I was 114 pounds and I'm a 5'10" adult man. I had huge problems with cocaine and opiates and benzodiazepines. I almost died multiple times I was hospitalized 2 times and visited the ER by ambulance over 30 times. I was abused and neglected by all of my friends and loved ones if you can call them that. I recovered completely on my own. I've been in therapy for the last 20 years but nothing like Jordan he just listens while I speak. I healed myself. I'm about to go exercise right now. I ride an electric skateboard 25mph for my core and to feel like I'm alive. If I fall I get what I deserve for not wearing a helmet or pads. I'm setting up a cloud simulation in my lab for a complex IT project I'm working on. I'm still blown away by the recovery I've made. I lost both of my parents in the last 8 years too. The problem is lifestyle. It's pornography and excessive sex draining your energy. It's a little bit of everything breaking you down rather than building you up. I decided I wanted to grow as a person not waste away and give all of my energy to the system and to other people for money and attention. I'm unique in that I would have died if I kept living that way. What I see is most of you can tolerate much more than I was capable of tolerating and you seem to be less affected overall than I was but you're still killing yourselves. I have a weak body and I should be dead. Your bodies are stronger on average and you aren't trying hard enough to kill yourself of you would be like me. You can benefit from what I've done even if you think you're healthy and don't have the problems discussed in this video. You have these problems we all do. I did it to myself to an extent and now it's happening to everyone organically. I can tell you the body can take a lot more than you can dish out if your spirit is strong. That's how I survived it was pure spiritual energy and I'm as atheist/agnostic as they come to the core. Not one appeal to the supernatural ever in my life. Actualization is the key. Form the ideas in your mind and actuate them with your will. I wanted to grow and succeed but I was dying. All I had to do was take action which is the hardest part.>> <<@sammencia7945 says : LIST THE 12 COMPOUNDS>> <<@pier-annelachance4960 says : I think people just do not know how what we get at the grocery store is toxic. Firstly I'd very much like to apologize for my inept demeanor and reprehensible manner of which I've gone about displaying and conveying in previous comments on your greatly informative and helpful YouTube channel. My sincerest and earnest apologies for such indeliberate undertakings and unintentionally gratuitous making's on my part but I am again, as I've mentioned previously, struggling to find myself, perhaps a better more formidable and forthright self and to also do away with the part's of myself, that as you said are no longer serving me. Mr Peterson you've been a beacon of hope and guiding light for me over this past half a decade or more, since the name Jordan Peterson was first brought to my attention and awareness. Honestly Jordan you and a few other distinguished and intellectually discerning men, I've come across in my young adult life and journey have been like the father I never really had, as growing up with a father who was physically and mentally absent alot of the time, not to mention emotionally unaware and unavailable, as he too suffered from mental illness and disease of the mind quite fervently if I must add. We hardly ever talked or laughed together only on rare occasions, when we weren't on a mission to carrying out criminal activities or desperate acts to try and find a way out or through the paupered destitute and hapless cycle of his hopelessness and unwillingness to accept that he had done wrong or was wrong for that matter, he was a compulsive liar, heavy drinker, ex hard drug abuser and continual user of substances of exemplary magnitudes and ample proportions. My mum tried to tell me after the nearly ten years she put up with him, next to my twenty, that she had decided in herself that he was not only those thing's but also criminally if not mentally insane, for all intents and purposes. But I don't think he was, you know Jordan, when he worked he worked like a man possessed and despite alot of people thinking he was mentally ill, deranged, delusional or insane, he was a good man, he was my father and I will always love and respect him for being the man he was born, taught, made and always meant to be, my father and he was a good Man if not a great man a most formidable opponent, foe, adversary, Allie, compatriot, worker, helper, native man, father, brother and friend to all who crossed his highly contentious and commendable path. What I'm trying to say is due to some of the material and topical subject matters you've been putting forward as of late, has again as per usual caused me to have too redress and rethink my standing point and place in this conundrum and cacophony of madness, if I may excuse my Shakespearean. And I would thank you for suggesting to me the notion of a fiscally remunerative and pecuniary re-up take of a financial measure as is probably needed in my case but the problem I'm having besides not having any formal education, credentials, financial backing, internet or computer savviness or the adept professionalism and business etiquette needed to conduct myself in an orderly and conducively prompt fashion and manner. So I'm kind of at ends as to whether or not I should jump into these business ventures or try going down these avenues, without the right amount of fortitude, integrity and self respect befitting someone who has come to the table not only to say their part but too win because you's might have won the fight so far but you have not won the war or the world for that matter because it's not over until I win and know this rite, true and correct "I ALWAYS WIN" because who dares wins and my friend the WORLD is up for grabs and I've come to take and claim it ALL over ALL because they call me the calamity of justice and hell with legs and JUSTICE for ALL.
