Once people stop complaining about how both bosses *and* players are "OP", they’ll open their eyes and realize that SOTC is meant to be played differently. The way DLC bosses & even standard mobs operate, forces the playerbase to revamp and, in time, evolve the Souls formula - just like Bloodborne & Sekiro did. When people complain about how it’s impossible to beat the newer bosses, it reminds me o so much of the countless forums back in 2011 calling DS 1 ruthless & unfair. People at the age of 25+ dismissed it completely, because they had jobs & marriages to attend to, and couldn’t throw away 5 hours a night trying to dodge arrows in Anor Londo. But while kids & normies stuck to their Fifas & COD, there grew a cult following of teenage nerds who could never go back to another game again. Shadow of the Erdtree is the next step in evolving the standard of gaming. Some of us adults should probably put down the controller & go to the gym instead. Leave Shadow of the Erdtree to the teens with nothing better to do. A year from now, you can bet they’ve mastered the pattern of every boss, and found easy counters to every Ash of War.
