From a marketability standpoint Texas is more marketable than America. An America themed house could be in any state whereas as a Texas themed house could only be in Texas (or it should only be in Texas anyway). So I would called it "The Lone Star", fly the Texas flag, have a Texas themed mural painted, lose the blue because it's the wrong shade of blue for the Texas flag, and then get some interior decorator items that are Texas themed (cow skull/horn thing hung on the wall, cowboy and Texas themed items, etc). I think that's cooler. I work in high-end vacation rentals and we get a lot of guests that aren’t just one family, but multiple family families and just because the king bed will fit. It is not the best idea to shove a king bed in a room that will then make it feel small. It would be better to put a queen bed and a chase lounge Teenagers to have some space to get away and you have multiple families when you’re together. Sometimes you need a little space to decompress that is separate from everyone else.
