For the last 3 weeks I have been writing down everything I want to accomplish within the day but being real about it. Not pushing everything into one day but being intentional about what I can do because I'm not a robot and I love the space to be able to breath and do what I want. So I'm 100% with you on feeling de-stressed when it comes to writing everything down. The second thing is, is that I want to thank you for your rawness.
