Infact after intense dyana of few years ,being peaceful and joyful will become a natural thing. It doesn’t need exploration you‘ll just have to be open for it and make room. The rest will happen on its own and honestly life isn’t that deep as many want to believe or think. Started my spiritual journey in childhood now I am 26 and it feels like one life’s behind me and back to where it all started. So back to eternity which I now appreciate , something that I didn’t in childhood because it was boring to me and too easy living life.
