I don’t care about the Hyperloop unless they put LED panels inside that can change the graphics at will and it also must have solar panel inside the tubes to generate all of the power needed. Not on top of the tube, but inside, like having Solar roadways and Hyperloop together. I, not sure how the panels will get sun rays, but Elon will figure that out
. Or at least he will convince everyone that he can and raise tens of millions.>> <<@DefthedroidURlooking4 says : Okay hater. It wasn’t meant for earth but to be on mars, where they don’t need the tubes because it’s almost vacuum already. So it will just be a hyperloop pod on a track. And it will NOT be a train because those aren’t giga. And we gotta be giga to the X baby. The Tesla bots that landed on mars in 2022 are already building the tracks. They were made in china, just like the laborers on the American intercontinental railroad in the 1800s. It should all be completed in about 18 months but check back in five years to see if it’s still 18 months out. Hyperloop transportation technologies continue to develop their system with several government development agreements in place. The hyperloop concept is sound but the details are where it gets tricky as well as a having a competent team , finances etc. Like anything new there will many difficulties to overcome but the reward for successful innovation can be huge. Transport infrastructure is a huge business upwards of 10% of government spending is transport. Transport overall represents over 10% of the world economy. For the USA that would be >2 Trillion PA spent on transport. Getting just 1% of the US transport market would be a 20 Billion PA business. The not hyperloop Booring company continues to develop the Las Vegas loop system and if that goes well it is certain to become an amazing feature of Las Vegas as iconic as the London underground or New York subway system.>> <<@matej6357 says : Why does your video have a high pitched squeal every time you are talking? Once the train pulled up to the station the tube airlocks would close behind it, and then pressure equalisation would occur with the station. The passenger/station airlock doors would open and people would get on and off. Then the airlock would close again. Vacuum the station tube area and then reopen the track airlock doors and the train would leave. I don’t think the actual engineering idea is that complicated. Putting it into practice would be decently hard. But the real killer is how much benefit is there really in doing a hyperloop. You dig this insanely expensive tunnel, have this enormous running cost to maintain a decent vacuum in this huge tube. To what
travel about as fast as an aircraft which gets its vacuum pressure for free by flying high.>> <<@youtubevanced4900 says : The video interview from 2012 always cracks me up when I see that interviewer. Actually it's pretty bad. Considering it's poor construction quality and inability to pay back even the interest on its loans. Also it turns out that we're pretty sure the numbers are unreliable due to them being messed with. A better example would probably be Germany or Japan they're high speed rail is probably more realistic for numbers. Does this change the conclusion of the video No. I probably wouldn't use them in the future though.>> <<@animusadvertere3371 says : The funniest part might be the idea of a Chicago to Cleveland hyper loop.
