The last submarine they were so proud of imploded killing all onboard instantly, and they also fired the engineer that said to them that the submarine is not safe anymore instead of addressing the issue and fix it. If their policy is like that Elon must not allow NASA to take credit, they do not deserve it. If Elon and N.A.S.A. are going to work jointly on any project its best that NASA give the money and let Elon and his team do the hands on work. NASA is not trust worthy in my point of view, and during quite a while during the report of the rescue of the stranded astronauts they did not mention Elon or SpaceX once. Maybe then they will sleep better. Or even better turn the sleepingbag about 45 degrees as they sleep as if they where on Earth.
