<<@peacefulisland67 says : The "white space" Vivek refers to has often been sucked up by pastimes historically. People used to carry very small books in their pocket (ok, mostly men) to amuse them in spare moments or as conversation starters. Games, in general, have always been great distractors or pastimes. Musical instruments. Pen and paper. Di(ce). People will talk about nothing to actually avoid the white space if they've no idea how to sit with it. It's about knowing our inherent, natural and never changing value as individuals. In my mother's womb, as an infant, toddler and child, I really did not learn this of myself and so it's been nearly impossible over the last 50 years to see it in others. This is not to claim sympathy but simply to state a fact. Spiritual and emotional wholeness is best achieved as we are conceived and birthed. Having no real experience or reference to lean on, I now fully understand how people become addicts (most of us to some degree) and why they frequently relapse; why people repeat very negative and harmful behaviors, both to themselves and others which at the end of the day is the same thing. For so many of us when we take on a new way of thinking with the hope of arriving at a comforting and nurturing space, there is nothing there. No experience that has simply been covered up and needs sweeping. It may be that over generations that space gets wider and deeper if allowed to go unchecked. It is possible to create this sense from nothing, bit by bit, but those of us starting from nothing, starting with eyes that see little to no color or ears that hear little to no internal joy, have to be willing to give our lives over to the bigger picture. While I may not experience what I see written on the faces of others who understand deeply their spiritual value; their place in creation, I might be willing to continue for the benefit of those who come after me, and even those who came before. My spiritual release and reward will be multiplied by my resistance to rushing to the finish line before I've done everything I can to leave this place in a more promising state than when I arrived.>> <<@mesfinmengistie9669 says : Does it mean conversation or connection is going to be nearby stuff? We live in a world where we can get by on our own, we don't need any help. And that's the problem. If we offer help to someone, it can come across as strange. We need a system that brings everyone together again. Yes meditation is the best if you can't do that there is also hypnosis which achieves the same as meditation . As simple as that. Solitude and loneliness are 2 diferent things. Building connections is not a solution in 5D. It is a 3D solutions. People seek connections to feel secure. You must find a way to find security without connections. Expell fears and build security within you. Do not depend on others.. The future is not about connections. But about disconnections. We have to learn to survive in a disconnected world.>> <<@Eastern_Sage says : 🙏🏼🙏🏼>> <<@santhanamlakshmi3485 says : I'm struggling with my only brother suffering from mental issues for over 30 yrs...nobody (even close cousins or friends ) extends any support or kind enquiries..to get connected to them & rid of my loneliness, I voluntarily interact & registering my existence...my Gurus only keep me going>> <<@alienallen2983 says : 🙏>>>💚~~~ THANK YOU>> <<@SeattleGirlMakesGood says : Thank-you Thank-you Thank-you for sharing this session.
