I've had friends that I had to really reconsider our relationships due to the way they retold stories that involved both of us because I questioned their honesty and sincerity. What if I wasn't remembering the correct events. That's going to Dominate my thinking today. Thanks Ami, Thanks Tommy. 😒😉>> <<@KhushSoul says : I have learned to be stronger than my emotions by letting the thoughts and the emotions that arise to subside like a wave. When we collect data and we are driven to achieve, the data produces a thought, a vision will likely appear, but not every time and we carry out some form of action. Thought should create intention.>> <<@jamesrussell8583 says : Dreams It 1998, I wake up to find myself sitting up in bed, my hands are clinching the blanket, I'm sweating, grinding my teeth. For the next four years I will have nightmares of commercial airliners crashing at various locations. After 911 the dreams stopped.>> <<@jamesrussell8583 says : Haven't watched it yet. Just going to throw this in there. Assuming Assumption Back in 2008, I joined a global think tank. When I started to create post. I discovered I didn't know alot of words. Since 6 yrs old, I lived in a silent state. I could talk, but my 18 months old's mentality wasn't interested in conversation. It was only interested in doing something, anything. The way my brain worked was a scientist, an alien would a great example. What would the mentality of an alien. If you landed on a distant planet and as your senses pulled in data. All you could do is observe, observe in silence. Forget everything you learned on Earth. It's a different planet, nothing like Earth. As the years would pass, all your neurons would break down and be replaced by a new data, unlike any data on Earth Every day you would wake up without knowing what happened yesterday. You're doing something new, you are a child around the age 6 months, maybe a year. It's pointless talk. So, you listen, watch, observe. You cannot assume anything here. All you can do is collect data, let your senses, curiosity, take n a journey filled with continuous flow of new data. In this state we humans are always in a survival mode. We are well equiped to handle any situation. Now remember on Earth people are highly drawn to themselves. But on this planet. There is no I, no self, no photos, and way they talk and what they talk about carries no similarities. There is no judging of anyone, anything or any situation, present and past. We need raw data. When it not, it's just information.>> <<@whotfisjoon says : the whole idea of "activating" focus with triggers is amazing because Impact Theorys background music for ME is that trigger LoLol just the background music ALONE settles my mind into a deep state of Focus and Productivity. Because in my lowest, most lost, and unguided... Impact Theory is when I learned that focus, the paradigms, the mental shifts, the weight loss, the creativity flow, and the getting IN flow..... Impact theory for ME grew a whole community in my mind of little cellular hard workers... that werent there before....... and I Notice now that Whenever I get super low and sinking... I can rely on Impact theory alone to Remind me what I am capable of.... tom is really doing what he set out to do.. in my lows I MUST come to this channel... Im at a low rn so Im at this channel and Im literally feeling the little community in my mind wake up again because of that one node getting triggered by the music so yah theres that had to share that>> <<@jamesrussell8583 says : This is great. Mind wandering. Doing research in the brain via the Internet. I came across four circuits. 1. This circuit has to do with adventure. 2. This circuit has to do with resilience. 3. This circuit has to do with mind wandering or active meditation. 4. This circuit has to do with been generous. At 18 months I lost my conscious state, became passive and totally dependent on my mother for everything. Age six a near drowning snaps me out if it and I pick up where I left off at 18 months. How my parents raised allowed me to hold on to this 18 months old's mentality. There is no mind wandering. There is a chatter, only silence. This is with every young child. For the next 7 years, that would be a total of 13 years without connecting to people, no TV, no reading or having stories read to me, no toys, no music, a way to look at would be to go back a few hundred years. My parents lived in the right state. They lived the four laws in nature to a strong degree. I would hear my mom humming, singing and the times I saw my dad working, he always had this joyful look on his face. (Keep in mind a young child is in an open minded state, observation with total silence. No mind wandering) It wouldnt be till I got in my 30s that I started to wander off from the moment. However, when doing something. My mind never wandered off.>> <<@jamesrussell8583 says : Tom, I have to say, you and your team amaze me. The last few videos I have watched go deep into what I have been working on for, now 12 years. We've heard of blue zones. But, what if where ever you live, how you live can benefit you just the same as living in a blue zone. Which is the reason I am starting a podcast called, The Blue Zone podcast.>> <<@wecanwork says : Great insight, really enjoyed this interview.>> <<@cost2muchyup578 says : I finally discovered what sapiosexuality means!>> <<@stevenmeyer1382 says : Smart woman. This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon. I buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 16` btc from day trading with kathleen rife in few weeks this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish>>
