Around 10 000 French and 8 500 Englishmen. Strategic importance of the battle of Agincourt was insignificant. But worked brilliantly in the soldiers´s minds. Henry was cruel and brutal, even on a medieval scale. Killing the prisoners after Agincourt was far from chivalry code Henry was suppose to comply. The defeated French fighters were retreating. Even worse was Henry´s behaviour during the siege of Rouen. Go google it. I was just writing about it and can´t do it again. Agincourt wasn´t a battle. It was a myth created by Henry himself.
