<<@itsmeyoufool37 says : Lucid dreaming has become a thing in my life and I've got to say, it has definitely shifted my sanity. It's scary in a philisophical sense.>> <<@SanctifiedLady says : 11:45 I’m glad I looked this up. I rarely have dreams… just straight disappear. Like being put under for surgery most nights. I was told that I should be dreaming, now I know my mental health is stronger than I could of ever imagined 😂🎉>> <<@DylanSmith-k1e8p says : Iv just started lucid dreaming at the age of 33 after my kumdalini awakening>> <<@Guliaska says : I used to sleep without dreams, until I started taking meditation seriously. 🤷 Now I have endless dreams that I can't even remember well.>> <<@MeeraRaju1111 says : I lucid dream almost every night without trying. 😮>> <<@tyyzg says : 感谢分享1230>> <<@RohiniKamaraj-l7q says : Sadhguru you are great what apiece of information absolutely true' to the core. Young people are need to follow with commitment to have smooth youth and future>> <<@Now6. says : I wish I stop dreaming ,plz pray, only sound sleep>> <<@ArtfulIntel says : I have never heard of anyone going insane or having mental problems from having lucid dreams. Some people have lucid dreams quite regularly throughout their whole life and I have never heard of such people suffering any negative consequences at all. It is just dreaming but being consciously aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. Also, lucid dreaming in no way relies on the use of drugs to achieve it. Some people can do it naturally and easily and other people have to intentionally practice to achieve it, and some never experience it. Sadhguru should stick to topics he has actual knowledge of. Sadhguru seems to be confusing lucid dreaming, which is quite natural, with people who take psychoactive drugs to go on 'shamanic journeys' and 'trips' and such. Experimenting with psychoactive drugs can potentially lead to various degrees of mental issues for some people. It is wise completely avoid such drugs, yes.>> <<@AM141972 says : My lived experience is that my dreams provide valuable (if not vital information) for healing, knowing the future, and helping other people to heal. Dreams are vital and my guides say that if you are not dreaming you are not fully living. Learning to be conscious whilst awake is part of the ascension process - it's not everything of course - but it is one of the Siddhi's - it's not the end goal - but it's part of the process. I have been taught by a dream yogi in my dreams and I have been shown many things about reality. Lived experience is more important than thoughts and idea's.>> <<@jessicadavis7942 says : I was a student of Crowley most of my life. I had wild and amazing dreams. I also used to astral travel . 2019 I found Yahuah and Yahusha. Have been reading every word including his banned by Christian faith book. Essene gospel of peace changed my life. I completely stopped dreaming and now spend all day in prayer/comunion with the Father. I thought something was wrong with me because I stopped dreaming. Now I feel his wings protecting my sanity thank you. 🙏>> <<@Kruczyskk0 says : Save soil and using Ai to creating images is crazy! Stop this. I’m confused now.>> <<@DellEdelson says : As far as I understand the practice of lucid dreaming it is actually developing the ability to distinct between dreams and reality, strengthening this ability - not losing it. That’s what makes it lucid! So although it means very light sleeping for this part of the night, I actually think this is a way to strengthen the presence in the real world and experiencing it as a universal feedback to one’s choices. But I respect Sadhguru’s wisdom and maybe the effects depend on the individual.>> <<@tebofighter says : I lucid dream almost every night. It’s so creepy.>> <<@JaneFergusonRiggs says : If I dream while sleeping, I don't remember them. Even nightmares, when I'm sick or a situation like that, I am aware I had a bad dream because I wake up quickly and scared, but I don't know what I dreamed. I've been told that's not normal. Is it not normal?>> <<@pgoraya5101 says : Videos without visuals and without such sounds just sadhguru talking are better. We already have to have much stimulus in life.>> <<@gameofthrones5655 says : Dreaming is being...having already build a big Self- image...a whole play going as...as this or that. Daydreams...nightdreams...both are dreamstates. Lucid means. ..u realize u dream...if with or without form...name...image.The mind and energetic system= a whole dream machinery...lol😮>> <<@khushishah6755 says : I came her searching coz i can remember my everyday dreams...n i enjoy that ...but remembering it so effortlessly made me think am i normal!? ....i came here searching im just little far from lucid dreaming everyday and yah it does disturb my real life coz some dreams seems so real that when i remember few years back that i remember something like this ...but in reality it was not real and just a dream....i have been dreaming all my life and i kinda enjoyed it but today i came to know this isnt normal....and now i should work on it to just stop it! I avoid sleeping on my back for these reasons. I'm surprised Sadghuru says this. Wish it worked for me.>> <<@keyp7945 says : This is completely incorrect information. I greatly respect Sadhguru and I am surprised that he says something like this. I know lucid dreaming from my own experience and I know that lucid dreaming brings an enormous amount of benefits.>> <<@OnnoBarendsen-v1p says : Falling asleep on my back causes a sensation of sinking in a void, followed by a detachment which either allows me to float around OR hits with a flash of terror which in turn wakes me right up firmly ankered in my body. It's simply not possible for me to follow these instructions. I really need to sleep sideways to get some rest.>> <<@MysticByt says : This video is really educational, wow! These lessons usually help me grasp life's riddles on a deeper level. The observations made here are incredibly motivating and poignant. I appreciate you sharing this wisdom.>> <<@ryanmyers723 says : I have to say as someone who has been lucid dreaming for over a decade.... It's pretty obvious when you're in a dream and when you're not. In fact, it's hard to maintain the dream state at times during lucidity. I really don't think he's referring to LUCID dreams in this because you simply can't get lost in fantasy in this situation... It's all too apparent that you're in your own mind.>> <<@JoeBlimey says : Wow! Could not disagree more with Sadhguru. It was when my practice became steady that many doors opened, including consciously bringing awareness into the sleep state and being aware even in the dream state.>> <<@tracyquinn4430 says : We are surely talking about day dreaming 🤷>> <<@Amelia_PC says : Lucid dream or schizophrenia? Never heard about someone who went crazy because of lucid dreams. Not in this part of the world, at least. One time, they say that we should be aware as we sleep. Another time is to have dreamless sleep. It's pretty hard to do the two things at the same time.>> <<@aliraza-soomro says : I can see some logic in what the guru says, but my personal experience has been different. Whenever I sleep on my back, I don’t get proper sleep. Often, it feels like something heavy is pressing on my chest, and my whole body seems to shake. When I suddenly snap out of that state, it’s a strange and unsettling feeling. I’m not sure if others have similar experiences, but when I sleep on my side, or lying on my right or left side, this condition rarely occurs.>> <<@mauricecalliss1303 says : Interesting. The snake around shivas neck is this the predatory part of us that keeps us in prison seeing it around the neck seems to imply it's no longer a threat and is worn by you and it does not wear you. Castaneda talks of the predatory mind how it's an alien installation and to not submit to it gives you a certain freedom if that's the word? So shiva is fully aware and not restricted by this serpent but wars it as a way to show he is not in its control.>> <<@earnwithfun3143 says : After discovering Hidden Pineal Gland Activation on Shirlest, I feel like I unlocked a new level of creativity in my life.
