How dark optimally should our bedrooms be 1 -two hours before fall-asleep time? How many luxes of light low and dimmed? What is Sami Hattar's lux count in his "cave" after sundown? Will the spark of white light coming from functioning smoke and fire alarms 24/4 closedown or inhibit our melatonin? How come Dr. Seheult refers to day time melatonin and not to "melanopsin" as do Huberman and Hattar and I believe Panda? We have greatly enjoyed this interview and perhaps 10 others on the topic. the video "Light As Medicine" by Dr. Seheult on YouTube's MedCram changed our behavior the very night I first saw it. NOW, we need a prequel ,many hour course or at least a background video on the biochemistry, cellular biology, and the Krebs cycle. NEXT, we need a video or 5 that take us into more detail on all the major topics Have a care for those of us who were female and in high school and told i so many ways that we would never need higher math, nor the sciences, who were turned away from even courses in Shop and Car Mechanics and sent to Home Economics as late at the 1970s, and probably in many schools into the 1980 and 1090s. Our brains are still working, but we need to visualize how things work in the body and how the mechanisms interact to keep us alive and what we need to do to optimize our life experience. I know I am asking for a lot from Dr. Seheult and others, but we a a big part of the general population whom you could help to educate if you can find the patience or if you would send us links along this path! So far, Dr Seheult has inspired many of my friends and colleagues, as have the videos I have shared from Dr. Huberman alone and with Dr. Sami Hattar, Dr. Satchinanda Panda. All these are on YouTube! But now we crave new and deeper material and a forum that will answer our fundamental and practical questions. Could some or all of you offer an online course that might have 10 sessions on the prequel, then invite the lapsed scientists and young scientists and the scientists still not informed on this to join in for another 10 sessions, with homework at every level and a Q & A forum all of you contribute to answering and in that ideal collegial manner comment with clarification and curiosity in places where and why you are not in 100% agreement.

So from what I heard about the double slit experiment, would that mean that all this stuff that has been researched on could be totally malleable? Would that explain that vegetarians have research that really points out that it's the best diet and carnivorans also have proof that their diets are good to have a healthy long life? ... Or how science says sleep 6/7/8 hours and monks manage 4/5 hrs , recommend it and have healthy peaceful days?.. or name all the contradictions in science, Saturated fat not good / saturated fat is good - Coffee is not good/ Some coffee is good - Eat 3 times a day/ fast/ do both - Carbs are ok/ carbs are not ok...etc Is it the double slit experiment effect? Do results of experiments get affected by the mind of the researcher? Can you do a show on this type of topic please?

It would've been nice to hear his thoughts on two other things in relation to the circadian rhythm. 1. A person's chronotype. Obviously in that case what's normal for one person, isn't normal for another. You could say that the rhythm of one chronotype is shifted compared to the other and nature has created this. This leads to the second question below. 2. He said that we shift our rhythm if stay up late, with artificial light. Aren't we in a sense creating a new chronotype for ourselves. So would that be a problem for the body, and why, if we get up when we get up, not forcefully, get the hours of sleep needed and if the only problem is the sunlight coming in when we are still asleep and waking us up, we use black-out curtains and other tricks.

How about intermittent fasting combined with keto/carnivore? Where does this play into the equation? The Keto and carnivore way of eating, have been scientifically proven to remedy inflammation, lower blood pressure, put type two diabetes into remission, lower blood sugar and much more. I would love to hear Dr. Seheult’s thoughts regarding a low-carb way of eating, such as keto and carnivore combined with intermittent fasting. Thank you.

Interesting information about how the receptor is used (destructively) not only by the Covid virus, but it's proper uses in helping the body maintain balance and reducing system stress. I will definitely cut way down on using fruit juices for the base of my smoothies, and use water instead.
