The Combat AR has a DPS of around 210. It has about 3 more damage per shot compared to the MK7. Whilst the MK7 has around a 198 DPS. So, the combat AR has more DPS. What about the MK7's red dot sight? I believe due to the red dot sight the MK7 also wins in accuracy due to it having no spread when you ADS (correct me if i'm wrong) Both are lazarbeams (pun intended) I like the MK7 due to me playing a lot of Call of Duty and other first person games, so i'm used to red dots. I still don't know what i'll vote for. Do with this information what you will.
