The polite attitude of John, the fact that he left sanitary napkins at the death scenes, and his rage at the dance club may point to a feminine like personality. The only issue is that semen was found on Helen's clothes at her murder site. This may mean that Bible John was a hermaphrodite. He may have had both male and female reproductive organs. It's been haunting me for some time as to whether the police have considered this and have followed up on it.
