I got parts from AliExpress: Machinist X99 motherboard, Intel Xeon E5 2670 V3 CPU processor gets cooled by Teucer UT45 with TDP 150W, TEUCER Computer Desktop Switch Button. and parts NOT from AliExpress for minimizing any fire risk: Computer gets powered by Asus TUF 750W. Memory single Kingston 16 Gb, so 3 slots still free for memory expansion in the future. Coming up 250 GB NVMe SSD for speeding up the system. and Arctic heatsink cooling the SSD. Current computer case is huge for a small motherboard, but I´ve thinking about something like that open chassis, quite affordable, or Thermaltake The Tower 300, looks really good, but it is quite expensive for me. Graphics card I´ve been thinking some with 4 x hdmi and is cheap, maybe GeForce GT 730, or something similar with passive cooling. It wasn't clear to me how the tall rods held the pcie card, looked like it should go through the slot at the top where a screw would go on a regular case, but it wasn't there, or did I not see it right? Also, what/how did you make the SSD bracket, 3D printed?
