My daughter and son-in-law have Airbnb's in Boone, NC. I've helped them on theirs some. Maybe you put an ottoman with storage and not a coffee table so it can be put in the corner when the sofa bed is being used. Maybe games, books of the area as well as themed Knick knacks in the random shelves. Definitely a set of drawers for the silverware, maybe a few necessary cooking trays or utensils for the MW and oven. Just a few thoughts.
