Not the first poster sighting in this particular play thru. I don't know if this character ever appeared in the comics prior to his Batman The Animated Series appearance, but in THAT show, the Grey Ghost was an old black & white TV show in the Gotham Universe, and the actor who played him was voiced by Adam West (60s Batman). Some crimes are done using plots from the old Grey Ghost TV show, so Batman reaches out to the actor to help him figure out who's responsible for the crimes.
