So the write speed for collection of files are comparable to the sequential write of a decent HDD, that's not bad at all, there's some SATA SSDs that are slower, but then again, people shouldn't use sd cards and microsd cards for data storage, aside from on the go.

thank you, that was the same what i have found on information. We must wait for reader which will use the PCIe nvme protocol to get no transfer drop while copieng files (writespeed so in your vid). I have a device for gaming (ONE X player APEX AI 395 Max+ (16 Core-32 Threats / Radeon 8060S internal graphics). This device has MINI SSD slot for BIWIN MINISD by NVme technology (1700 mb/s). The reason to buy this is to play AAA Games in high or Ultra graph. setting without an external eGPU over USB 4 (40 Gps) and it perform very well. Sweetpot TPD setting is 40W TPD. But now with the nand microchip disater the price for this new storage (MINI SSD Card, a little bigger and thicker like a microsd card) is to high. I have bought since 3 months ago a BIWIN MINI SSD 1 TB Card for 160 USD without taxes (19 percent here in germany to pay from value). And since a few weeks the price for the same MINI SSD 1 TB is noe 300 bucks. 2 TB ( was 300 bucks before, now 500 bucks and over GPD shop 750 Euro without taxes). That was the reason to look for an alternative storage which is faster. The benchmark has open my eys. I copy my Steam library games to storage them on 2280 SSD m.2 and use an MINI SSD card reader from Biwin over USB 4 docking station (PULWTOP TB4 dockingstation) and it is very fast (internal copy in device from MINI SSD to 2280 m.2 (Gen 4x4) big games between 90 GB to 130 GB (maybe 60 to 80 seconds). I like this new storage type MINI SSD but nobody will buy a 2 TB BIWIN MINI SSD for 750 Euros, thats more than crazy. the price for PCIe M.2 are in an utopian pricerange soon if this wont will stop. Thank U, my questions are answered now after this video and demonstration in benchmarks (and in duing praxis - with the drop down to 200 mb/s, thats to low for me.) THX

Referring to "USB 3 Gen 2" is confusing if you include the "3.2 gen 2" because you have to ignore the .2 bit, because the USB-IF standard names are confusing. Please just say _either_ USB 3 10Gbps; or you could say USB 3 Gen 2. Realistically gen 2 means "3.1" originally", but USB-IF made this confusing because 3.0 is the same as 3.1g1 and 3.2g1

There are also UFS cards which also have two rows of pins. UFS is also comparable in speed but there are almost no devices and it is not backwards compatible. EDIT: UFS stands for Universal Flash Storage an independent standard, UHS stands for Ultra High Speed an is part of the Secure Digital standard.
