<<@TomBilyeu says : What do you think is the key for overcoming laziness?>> <<@agathasvosve2852 says : Life changing. Saw a lot of me in this. Thank you.>> <<@wotasweetheart says : I thought they were going to tell me how to stop being lazy. And then they told went on and on about spending time with the wife and kids. That’s ALL me and my husband ever do. Someone tell us to get off our asses and get to work! Sure we’ll be happy on our death bed. But damn I need some work now.>> <<@OiVinn-eq1ml says : I enjoyed listening to this. This is very important to learn & be aware of.>> <<@dudafox5738 says : Sorry, I found him boring.>> <<@jaykaye562 says : This was so incredibly interesting. Aside from the gazillion annoying advertising interruptions (which is the only reasons I haven’t listened /watched your videos in a very long time, as the constant interruptions to the flow, are incredibly off-putting) - I enjoyed it.>> <<@TheJustinHit says : Guys lets not do homework now and just wait as long as possible. Cause it feels good that we don't do our homework now. Hopefully future self won't mind...>> <<@GehanAdel says : It was amazing to watch this on my way ,what actually obliterates who we are the comparison we make always about our lives seeking junk happiness and fake life not appreciate small things we have like good relationship or even being on a good mood so thanks a lot for this reminder>> <<@gemmaaspiras2792 says : Live as if it is your last day and plan as if you live forever!>> <<@gemmaaspiras2792 says : Tom you are still young! You can still have kids if you want..... The oldest woman who became a mother is 66.....for sure you will have lovely children.....>> <<@aigul9583 says : I would like to comment on the importance of feeling safe and "sociometer". I lived one year in London and the strangers I met there were polite, smiling and kind. I realised that I started feeling more confident and happier even walking outside. Coming back to my home country, I thought I changed and would stay the person I became in London. But people here are completely different. They are rude, they may yell at you and that's why I don't even want to ask for help or speak to strangers here. I am actually a very friendly and open person, but at the same time I am vulnerable. I started noticing that I don't want to go outside, feel unhappy and everyone just annoys me. Now I realise that people that surround us directly impact our happiness. Thanks to this video I now know that the thing that's affected is our "sociometer" and that this thing is real and not something that seems to me to exist. Thanks for such valuable information!>> <<@soosyjacob2827 says : I loved watching the show. I am a fan of Dr. Rangan Chatterjee and I read his book, The 4 Pillar Plan. I learned a lot from the book.>> <<@rittarossi4439 says : I spent some time in Bhutan happiness it's what they strive for and I'm telling you their wealth is happiness I've witnessed it I've seen people move there and got away from the materialistic world to see children happy and laughing spent two weeks there and I left with such appreciation and we should all be learning by their example and I love your video and it's so true that emotional that beats you up and the junk happiness it's not real>> <<@wildwoodskimberlynewworldd5282 says : I like this channel but I can't stand all the advertisements I pay Google so I don't have to listen to advertisements? Thank you>> <<@yelena3285 says : How did Dr Rangan became free from gambling? I was taught that for most gamblers the only way out is ending their life.>> <<@PBbane369 says : Really good interview but I think many people wont watch it because of the title>> <<@vda_lin says : Excellent interview. Appreciate always that you have this content out here for us to be a part of.>> <<@davidanthony6408 says : Tom, having kids will bless you in ways that you will never know if you choose not to have. Having a kid shows us a better side of ourselves, and we begin to see the world and our life in a more meaningful way. Your marriage will become even more meaningful and special, in a way you can never make it without kids, impossible. You're not going to like this, but if you get it, the whole having my own family thing, you will want more kids and regret not having them sooner. I think any parent will agree. Having your own family will be the best thing life has to offer. All of that freedom and work stuff will not compare in the end. Life is big and the kids bring joy to the home that is easy to miss when they're not around. Your home doesn't feel like a home if the family is not together or separated. Having a family is living life on a whole new level. You will feel and realize a part of you that could have never been realized before, it had always been there, just inaccessible. Reserved only for the man that was yet to be realized. If it's life-changing meaning that you are looking for? The word fatherhood alone doesn't do it justice. You will begin to have new perspectives and appreciation for your parents. Experiencing fatherhood will broaden the scope of your reality.>> <<@davidanthony6408 says : 22:32 True happiness is knowing "All you need is love." Making love, loving yourself, loving people, and loving life. If you find yourself disliking, being irritated, annoyed, or bored, then stop hating and disliking things and people. That's how you choose to spend your life moments, it's self-defeating and you are going to hate your life. There are too many things to dislike and hate, don't purposely let these things get under your skin. You have the power of choice. Instead be busy liking all kinds of things and people, enjoying, laughing and sharing time with others alike. Make being you intentional and not a reaction or a byproduct of a poor or bad attitude. Fine-tune your mind into the Likes and Joyful Channels. It's time to stop being miserable and self-defeating.>> <<@davidanthony6408 says : 14:33 On my deathbed, I have already decided to not focus on regrets because nobody should regret not doing or having stuff, but they might regret not being or not becoming a kind of person or living a certain way. I think life is not only about aligning with our true selves, but also about what matters to and for the greater good of all humanity. Being aligned to good ideals and honoring what that means to touch other lives in a positive and impactful way is what should matter to all of us. My happiness is fulfilled in that way. To see others smile, do well and enjoy their day. This is my blessing and my reward for my services and contributions. To have a wealthy heart is the best goal to have. Being unselfish is the ultimate way of being, in order to do gods will; having love, patience, kindness and understanding for others. So on my dying bed, I think I'll be fulfilled because I won't see my past through a selfish lens, but through a grateful lens, having gratitude for being blessed with a life of great joy and love. Regrets are felt as they happen, and dealt with soon after, not at the end of our life. It's too late for regrets by then unless you want to take your regrets with you. Who we are on our deathbed is a sum total of who we've been and who we have become, and the person who enters into heaven. Regretting on our deathbed is a waste of precious life we could be using to do more good or saying goodbye. Doing so only invites bitterness and disappointment. You will notice that selfish people are always suffering, and the givers are always fulfilled with a blessed heart. With my life. doing good for the greater good of everyone is my pleasure. Success is a recreational sport and money, well there's plenty of it but there's only one life for you, use it and spend it wisely.>> <<@magic.megan.marshall says : Miss alignment is like cognitive dissonance between who between who you are and your current identity, and who you want to become, your best self, And it can be really hard to get there because of confusion and disconnect, and limiting beliefs that create denial and insecurity to change beliefs.>> <<@chinothedreamgiver1629 says : How do you identify your values, so you can write them down? Just get to this answer.. lol>> <<@danielcabrera8827 says : You guys don’t know nothing about life, both are insecure and the only massage was memenemememe look how perfect I had become.>> <<@nosajc0okies364 says : I pray that you all reconsider exactly what success is in the game youre playing. Your tired and lazy because of the lifestyle and foods we consume. If you can stick 2 wires in an apple and generate electricity, then why isnt there an abundance of fresh natural wild food growing around us, whos controlling and genetically modifying our food source, because its all nutrient deffecient now. The fact money is a debt instrument and a contract promise to pay, it has interest on debt so its never repayable, looks like slavery when added together. If more credit is constantly generated and more wealth is accumulated you create more poor people and tougher poverty conditions, money dont grow on treea. Wait food dors grow on trees, why do people still starve and we throw away excess.>> <<@1hourbule says : Getting the book right now. Great data>> <<@LifewithLiza_ says : Thank you Tom for your relentless effort and hard work to deliver value!>> <<@josecardenas3682 says : I really love this guy. Dr Rangen is somebody to follow and apply his wisdom. Many thanks Tom for bringing him in your show. Btw Tom I’m really fan of your work and philosophy.>> <<@jillwagner7118 says : Thank you! This talk was amazing and so many life lessons 🙌🏻 Now, I need to apply what I’ve learned ♥️>> <<@rolfmontalbano9002 says : Venturing into the trading world without the help of a professional trader and expecting profits is like turning water into wine, you would need a miracle, that's why i trade with mrs Eva heather, her trading skills set is exceptional.>> <<@aaaaancly says : Good interview. Rangan kind of interviewed himself. Tom didn't get a word in. This is a good system. Ask a question, let the guest talk. Thank you Rangan tends to butt in with his guests too though.>> <<@bluwng says : Has logic, it’s his perspective. Just more selfish realization philosophies. Nothing new under the sun, lacks obedience to God or whatever moral guideline and humility and service to others and finally love. Me, me, me look at me, look at my money, my oneness with nature, my happiness. He is happy because, no more work, just sell bs books and go on talks.>> <<@storypathy says : Living with intention helps ground us in living in the moment>> <<@1990-o9k says : So I actually tried what he says of writing down your 3 values with something extra I thought might help me and it did! I wrote down the values on a column then broke them down even further by getting really specific at what those mean to me what kind of feelings do they give me that i like and what does it look like in real life action/examples. Then i also place those values and defined them as core happiness versus junk happiness. Like what does curiosity mean in core happiness to me( learning new things to help me improve my present situation, thirst for wisdom/knowledge/trying new experiences etc) the junk version of curiosity ( the negative side for me ) fear of missin out, the wanting more part of my brain while going no where/having no direction with overload of information etc… i hope it helps!>> <<@benbenbenbenben871 says : Bye unsubscribe 😂😂🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️>> <<@tibearius85 says : It's wise to understand that your frame of reference will change throughout life, It's foolish to think you know what it's like to have kids without having kids. You can read all the books, in the world, about having kids and you will still not know what is like to have kids. Reading about and watching (even someone really close to you) someone experience something is completely different than experiencing it for yourself.>> <<@fuego4466 says : As a kid, I equated fleeting joy from acquiring stuff and hanging out with friends with happiness. I was very lazy and prone to seeking easy routes. I often gave up before even trying and gave up early whenever I tried things. I shied away from challenges and hard work. It took me until I was ~30 to fully understand the importance of setting and achieving meaningful goals of moderate difficulty. to be happy. I went through a idler phase in my 20s and thought the key to my happiness was to be a slacking flâneur who lived a life of lesiure and low stress. NOPE! We need stress, challenge, overcoming, and hardship!>> <<@MiniatureChickenChannel says : Actually Wendy.....we all wear masks....>> <<@fuego4466 says : That feel when your guest has better video and audio quality.>> <<@livelearnandteach says : I think no matter what we do in life we will regret whatever we didn't do.>> <<@shashal8645 says : https://youtu.be/YAdPIxFjiFY Vedas and Guru>> <<@DariusTan says : Every time you start being lazy, take a step back and evaluate what's actually going on. Laziness is sometimes an indication of a larger problem.>> <<@Iamcapable4 says : Great question Tom 🔥 how do you write down your values>> <<@palmtreesandmoonbeams says : The about section of your page doesn’t list qualifications. Are you a therapist or sociologist? What is your area of expertise?>> <<@chipod6254 says : Ichi machimhanya proper. Really needed this.>> <<@teomi971 says : These two guys really Do not get it. They need some randomness and lifelessons they have not planned themselves. The best insights in life I have gotten came from things not going as I wanted. And boy is he going to miss not having children. When You get children You realise the most important thing You are not that important. Life is not about You it is about You beeing a part of the world. And You realize This by letting the world teach You some valuable lessons. So a tip for Tom stop focusing on your perfect life. Try a regular life work a simple job. Meet people that are not exeptional. See how people find happiness in small things. The amount of wisdom You can hear by truly listningen to regular people is astounding. I Will give Both these guys a tip for life. Ask yourself every decade if You are the same person with the same goals as You were ten years ago? if the answer is yes You have learned very little the last ten years.>> <<@andrewhollows9684 says : It happened! The two people I follow, that helped me change my life, united! 🎉💕>> <<@alfredhitchcock45 says : Happiness is not a skill It’s something that comes naturally If you alter it artificially Then you lose its core essence As a natural by product Of things happening to our lives>> <<@susangitau6359 says : "I wish I had allowed myself to be Happy" mmmmh, time for a retreat to meet with myself and think about this.>> <<@MatchaMariiii says : Adopt my guy , do what your gut says yo.
