It’s a private small-mid size company owned by the CEO. The dev team was 7 people when I started 8 months ago. We are at 12 devs now. I can see my self staying here for 5+ years while starting to do freelance work on the side. I agree with you that what I do has much more impact. I create a feature and it is used the next week. I love being apart of a smaller team. I have the opportunity to explore what I am interested in. Been studying code for the past 3 and a half months, should I just continue self teaching or do you going to a bootcamp is vital? What's the value you think you gain from going to a bootcamp vs. not going to one. Thank you!
