My understanding is that the first measurement wave function collapse "causes" the spin to point directly towards + or - . This, according to Malus's law, causes the probability of opposite spin going towards + and - to be 3/4 and 1/4 respectively if the machine is tilted 120 degrees. If the particles somehow "agreed" on the spin prior to measurement then the second measurement would be based on the "agreed" spin and show different probability.>>
