It all depends on how you consume honey. You can watch Sadhguru's video. Honey consumed at room temperature helps you gain weight, while honey consumed in warm water helps reduce weight. And it becomes useless when you heat honey or add hot water.

I believe the missing link to be hormone levels. Those that run lean probably have specific elevated hormones that allow extended energy expenditures. My first guess would be testosterone, however it could be something more subtle. Just a guess from a loyal fan.

So whats the solution? I have been on yo yo diets since I can remember. My weight has gone up and down. Now I'm the biggest I have been at the end of lockdown. Im at my wits end. I didn't get a definitive result from this vid of what we are supposed to do. And did I just not listen to this properly or are some of the experts contradictating each other. I.e its not about caloric deficiency but the types of food you eat vs the last guy who said its mostly about caloric deficiency and losing weight and it doesn't matter how you get there. I grew up reading about diets to then the internet with all its info. Now it just seems like an information overload of contradictory information. Go vegan, carbs don't matter to eat only meat carbs are the killer to just do IF to water fasting. Its all so confusing.

33:34 We are a sum total of the interpretations of our personal experiences. How we perceived those experiences and the meaning we took or learned from them is what determines our mindset and what matters to us today. The quality of and the accuracy of our experiences is another factor to consider. (via being educated enough or not at the time of those experiences). Through reflection and review, the quality and accuracy of our experiences can be further realized and corrected, or upgraded, and updated moving forward. Just listen to your inner voice and evaluate and reassess the validity of the ideas we still believe and the meaning you give to your experiences and then you can adjust your belief system regularly and eventually get more oriented with a new and improved reality. This process will allow you to remove mental blocks and limited thinking that are holding you back. One component that is essential to this process is your identity. If you have been living to hold on to, defend and fight for what you honor or believe like a protester, then this might be your fault. Some of us want to mimic our flawed loved ones or bad role models, and this is a bad idea, don't blame yourself we've all done it. We get angry when someone demeans the ideas or beliefs of our family or parent out of honor for them. Be more open-minded instead, don't make learning and adapting be too emotional. Back to identity, if you want your life to change then you want to be identifying with a version of you that has not been realized yet. Like traveler thinks of his destination. Using your imagination and your senses, dream up an ideal version of who you want to become. What does that look like, what kind of lifestyle is that, what does that smell like, feel like and of course what does that mean or mattter to you? Don't forget to ask the big why? You don't want to be living to achieve something that will not fulfill you meaningfully. Or see that your dream haves multiple dimensions, the meaning, the material and the becoming. Don't let your poor or existing self-image hinder your future vision. You are visualizing your future, do not let what you feel about the present factors infect or taint what is possible for you. Via your imagination, your future vision is yours to visualize unconditionally and return to again and again to adjust, enhance or clarify and make more vivid. Don't discuss your vision just yet with anyone, this will be your own thing that nobody can influence or infect with their negative energy. Keep your future vision pure, keep it real and don't make it too fantastical. Respecting reality is the same as self-respect, meaning, not fooling yourself. What one man can do, another can do. - The Edge. Just remember some things require study time, the will and capacity to learn, that means not taking the frustration and challenge of learning personally, don't be a victim or make learning emotional. Be willing to do the work of developing your mind patiently and doing whatever practice is necessary to develop your skills. Desire and dreaming alone will not earn you your dreams. Our minds are phenomenal, and the best thing in the world and thinking is very much necessary, but what matters the most when it comes to changing your life is action. What you think matters and is directly involved in manifesting your dreams, but without action, doing what you must, your dreams are just fantastical thinking.

This is my first bear market, and so far Ive been burned trying to buy the bottom at 25k and again at 20k based on onchain and previous trends e.g. 200wk sma. Ive since changed my tactic to buy the trend reversal and get out of the way of the steamroller on the way down. I will wait for the ehler instantaneous trendline on the 5 day to turn bullish to buy in. Typically this has been 20% from the bottom price e.g. in 2018, buying at 3500 vs 3000. This i offers a better risk reward as I can set a stop loss in case it breaches where we believe the bottom is. I have a better understanding since my encounter with a pro who knows better, I have made over 11` btc with 2btc in just 5weeks from day trading with Expert Jaden Ward Crypto in few weeks this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish. Technical analysis is my second language

The mental/psychological side of the difficulty of transitioning from obesity and a lifestyle that led you to that obesity is definitely NOT just about attachment to food or finding comfort and/or celebration in food. The problem is that in getting past cravings, there is this weird thing where not only can you talk yourself into giving into a craving simply because you know form experience that is the most likely outcome so you may as well, or stupid self-talk where you convince yourself you'll just be better tomorrow, but even WORSE is the very simple fact that the painful psychological angst you feel from the craving is something you either need to deal with in an ongoing, incessant way for an unknown period of time OR you give in. And at some point--an hour or two hours into your craving, or four, or maybe a day later--you eventually GIVE UP because giving into the craving resolves the conflict in your head immediately. And your brain doesn't like struggles; it doesn't like angst. Luckily, some cravings can pass in ten minutes and then it's just gone, but most are not like that. And then there are the times where you say, "Wow. Sticking to my fitness and diet plan actually WORKED for once in my life and I've just lost ten pounds," and because of this, the next craving you get you think, (1) "I DESERVE to give myself a little treat after all that hard work" and (2) "Even if I binge a little now and gain back two pounds tomorrow or the next day, it's EASY to lose weight; I just proved I can do it." The psychological games that go on in your internal dialogue with yourself, usually without being fully aware of it, is insane. We are NOT rational actors.
