“Antimatter” is a ridiculous term, because there's no such thing as “matter”!! (particles) What we perceive as matter is merely a state in the quantum universe that we can perceive and measure... There is no matter; there are only forms of energy.

This is the kind of clickbait title that turned me against Veritasium. It's now titled: _If dropping 0.1 grams of antimatter destroys a city, then why are we making it?_ Are we "making it"? No, we are not. We have almost certainly not manufactured 0.1 grams of antimatter in the whole of human history. Here's a title for a follow-up episode, which retains the same spirit: _If CO2 will soon destroy the planet, why do people continue to burn candles?_ Once upon a time, Derek, your channel was a beacon of light, and you fought the good fight. Now you work your ass off to find a way to make your users more stupid, before the shock and awe spectacle of pulling your own blinders off of their eyes.

How does this have so many views it's completely boring regardless of the fact that it's an interesting subject this is so poorly worded I don't think very many people would have the attention spans to continue watching this after the first 10 minutes or the interest. The more I listen to this kind of stuff and the higher Sciences in math the more I laugh because these people are wasting their lives trying to discover things that exist despite the fact that you understand them or not and I think technology has corrupted Humanity more than it has helped and it's definitely assisted those who want to control in manipulating the masses. You're wasting your life explaining things that are irrelevant because they already exist despite the fact that you understand them or not and you can still use them whether or not you're ignorant of their inner workings which you guys are proving you will never truly understand anyway you keep rewriting your rules and laws every so many years it's pretty hilarious...

Well.. maybe what we are useful just a more stable form of the energy. Like.. compounds sometimes have more stable states, what if antimatter is just a less stable state so that's why it didn't stick around long enough for tgere to be a 1:1 ratio? Idk
