"Everyone should live in cities" kinda comes out of nowhere. It also glosses over the downsides of increased density, which you guys covered a few minutes earlier. Also, are these positives/negatives of city size correlation or causation? e.g, Are people in cities walking faster because they're trying to make the subway, or a meeting? And how have the benefits data, like patents, GDP, etc, or even the downsides like crime & disease changed with the recent shift towards remote work?
