I encourage everyone to think about that graph. Should we really factor in the average beats a persons heart gets over their life span with something like infant mortality? You wouldn't say the human body has been designed to live for only 40 years if half the population gets killed by falling coconuts! Again, i think we always ignore what is conciously happening with a cell than just randomnimity.

“you need less gas stations per area in a city” and yet a city has 3 gas stations per block and a town has one. just because you can find a mathematical backing for cities being more efficient doesn’t mean that they are. you are ignoring the reality, which is that cities have way more competition in every aspect, so we don’t have so many benefits of sharing resources. just more job opportunities and more unemployment simultaneously, and yes of course they have more pollution. this channel used to be a good watch, but now it just takes interesting concepts and uses them to promote misunderstanding and manipulation. i’m done with it.
