Use Applied Kinesiology to reprogram your brain; to better assess your states of mind and enhance better memory and cognitive abilities. Also it helps to remove the fog from the brain faster. If the brain isn’t fully wired to a task it will quickly burn out of the desire for that task.

Progress is the foundational base of human happiness. You have to.go through the process of building desire. Bcz if you don't, laziness will take over. Then you will fall into disease. You may be ostracized, you may even die. So you need to push the boundaries. This can be stressful, boring, even painful. But you dont need to have burn- out for that. Burn-out happens when the desire to become better gets pathological.

As a person with a medical degree who has been almost obsessively educating themselves on nutrition, fitness nutrition and fitness overall, finishing with my internal medicine clerkship: I have quite a few issues with your dietary recommendations, which are really weirdly specific and presented as facts here. First of all, and the most important one which prompted me to write this way too long comment: I'm sorry but getting a continuous glucose monitor if you are a healthy person is absolutely insane. Don't know who told you this, but recommending it to other people in a huge yt channel is just wrong. Second, intermitent fasting may be a good thing, but it also may not, and nowhere is it written that any extreme dietary measures (which this one undoubtedly is) are recommended to anyone - there is no conclusive evidence based on solid science (read: RCT) , it's all opinions and anecdotes. If you want to do it and feel great, that's fine, but if you want to preach it, you better have some definite proof behind it. Your advice on raw vegetable and nuts is in my opinion incorrect for reasons of poor macro and micronutrient absorption - which I admit said yourself, but the idea of eating everything raw stuck with me through listening to this. And care to explain why one should not mix fruits and vegetables? This one sounds so random that I can't even form an opinion on it.. Overall, this sort of hyper detailed nutritional advice is exactly what people should NOT do in my opinion, you're making it unnecessarily difficult and almost religious, where in reality the guide to a good healthy diet could be summed up in a few simple sentences just using common sense. Contrary to what the internet says, this is not rocket science, there very probably are no miracle foods, and if it's called "a diet", you very probably don't need to do it to be healthy. I won't even mention your random drop of mTOR (?) and it's connection to meat (?). So random.

At the start… what Tom is saying is already mistaken… it’s not about wanting it badly enough, it’s believing it enough that will move someone to do it. You could want something badly, but if you don’t believe it, you won’t do it. You’ll be stuck. There’s plenty of people in this condition. That’s the definition of depression.
