But I’m aware I’m not supposed to do it (being fearful, because I know I have raised my energy quality during the day ) but I will try to do it.

I find nights very calming, silent, with zero disturbances and is the best time to enjoy music!! Music hits very differently when the whole world is asleep! I am most creative during nights and have high energy! I always prefer late nights over early mornings..! It's a torture for me to wake up early...and I am highly allergic to mornings...I start sneezing, runny nose, or blocked nose, groggy mind. On the other hand, I totally enjoy sleeping through the early morning, I get the deepest, undisturbed sleep, and lovely dreams too! Waking up early in the morning is definitely not suitable for some people like me :). Some artists and creative people do their best work at midnight!
