<<@kemasuk says : I think it would be neat to see some content about handhelds (Steam Deck, Lenovo Legion Play, Razer Kishi, Ayn Odin, etc.) on more of a technical level, unlike how lots of people are discussing emulation capabilities and such.>> <<@palladini9718 says : Blender content is OK, but as computer tech evolves.........?>> <<@captainkeyboard1007 says : The person who typed "You show more videos about computers..." tapped or typed as though one is a dweeb. That person should be accustomed to the fact that business work is not done the old-fashioned way. Lots of businesses have done away [or abolished] paper and pen. Also, the microcomputer has enhanced tasks that can be done easily by fewer people. It is so versatile that all kinds of people all over the world use a microcomputer. The microcomputer replaced such equipment like balky computers, card punch machines, cathode ray tube (CRT) data terminals, laborious tasks, and much more. Even I do handle several office tasks at home by myself. With my own microcomputer, I am privileged to learn to use the application programs in ways that I would unlikely learn in a job. Plus, I get chances to do more with the computer that makes its use convenient and a blessing. Also, I get to conserve electricity and other energies easily. The tasks are much easier than without a computer or a [good] printer. That YouTuber had better get with the program. Everything is not done like it used to be anymore. As people change, computer technology can change.>> <<@captainkeyboard1007 says : Christopher Barnatt, your show is "together." Not only I am a keyboard specialist who does most work with the microcomputer; I am a die-hard fan of computer technology. Microcomputing is my favorite pastime.>> <<@fra93ilgrande says : You’re still here with us after 15 years, we stan! ❤ Ps: no trees were harmed making this video 😂 👍🏻>> <<@wanyman says : Michael is a very good name for a tree.>> <<@uzomanwosu says : I've just heard of your quiet PC series! I'm sold! Please keep experimenting as all of this content is amazing!>> <<@britonkraemer7344 says : Please review Peppermint OS - which you mentioned in a previous video, but never dedicated a whole video to it. Thanks!! Love the channel.>> <<@johnhoog says : Chris, your Youtube channel is considered a real hit with all the tech people worldwide, kudos to you for all your hard work. What surprises me at this moment is your dismissive attitude towards Apple, Inc. products..?? The release 2 years ago of Apple M1 and M2 chips was just amazing and revolutionary. Millions of PC users can expect ARM based laptops an desktops from other brands this year. Apple X86 laptops and desktops are excellent candidates for all the Linux distros and Windows users. I use a Mac mini X86 for my distro hopping and they all run flawlessly on Apple hardware. You has a content creator could definitely use a Mac Studio or may be the upcoming new Mac mini.>> <<@waltherchemnitz says : At about 1:09 seconds, did anyone else catch where when he says "in North Wales", both videos are in sync?>> <<@BillyRazOr2011 says : Single board computer = Singapore computer 🤣🤣🤣 (CC subtitles generation always wrong)>> <<@bruceadams6451 says : I'm desperately trying to understand crypto currencies. I've just gotten into VR for the first time recently (besides Google Cardboard) with Meta and one of my goals happens to be learning Blender this year.>> <<@TrystansWorkbench says : A happy new year to you - we are all looking forward to hearing from you. Very soon.>> <<@sgkonfetti says : Topic suggestion: Virtual Private Networks>> <<@airspeedmph says : If you see in your stats someone from Romania, that's me.>> <<@kphelps2012 says : I would love to see some videos about Blender and I'm currently interested in small computers like the NUC. I feel that these form factor computers will be the future of computing and that big clunky tower PCs will be phased out in a few years.>> <<@Jmcinally94 says : Well done for syncing your mouth when you said "on a beach, in North Wales". That's the small sort of thing I'd be proud of if I was recording/editing so wanted to make sure someone called out how cool that was!>> <<@IEnjoyCreatingVideos says : Nice channel update Chris! Thank you for sharing it with us! If you are up for it, start a secondary channel or alternate Wednesdays to upload experimental or less related content, i.e. arduino, 3Dprinting, design, electronics, video editing, scratch, etc. Ultimately you want to also grab viewers to join you on your fascination with technology, wherever it may lead you, and enjoy the ride regardless, loyal followers will continue to enjoy watching your unique presentation style whatever you serve up.>> <<@UltimateElectronicFun says : Refreshing to see that the channel is still in the same form. Distanced myself from YouTube a little bit due to being a little bit of a tough 18 months to get through. I appreciate the full sized HDMI port in the Custard Pi 7B. Very much with you there with micro HDMI being rubbish. Same with micro USB.>> <<@neilshobbyhq says : Hi Chris, I watch all of your videos, some of which I'm more interested in than others, I really enjoy your maker videos, Weather Stations, Auto plant watering etc and how to build a computer from scratch, with your instruction I have built two now both have been extremely successful. Even though I enjoy some of your videos more than others what I really like is your computer based eclectic mix because even though some of your videos are not at the top of my list of favourites there's still something in them for me, something I didn't know and now I do. Keep up the great work, Thanks, Neil.>> <<@cokeforever says : For the AI, i think you should really push - as a company which does neural abi, we really think it is too early and people need to catch up, but as a very very cool channel on yt, i think you should push - what if it never flies, well you have one of the most formidable viewer bases ever, so why not?>> <<@eaglemount98368 says : Chris, Would you be interested in doing a video on Thunderbolt protocol and possibilities for upgrading motherboards to Thunderbolt. TB seems very interesting technology and there is much conflicting discussion on the net!>> <<@MedEighty says : Yup. I'd watch videos on Blender.>> <<@mediaplayer1594 says : 11m38s I am not interested in SBC and you said that's 40% of your videos. I am not subscribed to your channel (used to be) but this video did show up in new videos so I watched it. I made a comment about SBC in a previous channel update of yours.>> <<@andreranulfo-dev8607 says : Greetings from Brazil!!! I can't wait to watch AI content!!!>> <<@meowareasaservice says : Very excited for your next AI contents! Keep the great work! I love your channel>> <<@olebak0 says : Hi Chris, This is a great channel. How about doing a video on the latest NUCs? They are almost a kind of SBC. I bought one recently, but was disappointed about the fan noise. I'm now assembling a passively cooled Mini-ITX instead, but I know there are also some passively cooled NUCs out there. It would be interesting to look into how powerful they are, how warm they get, and whether they are worth the cost.>> <<@Scoo says : Well done! May you have continued success in 2023!>> <<@DavidGolder says : Do you stand by your previous prediction that the popularity of smartphones will decline?>> <<@srennielsen6442 says : I know this video isn’t exactly new anymore, but I want to say something nonetheless. Your channel is very nice, and these small funny things you do, e.g. the funny pressure when saying “please subscriiiiibe” gives me some sort of comfort, because I’ve gotten used to it. I really enjoy the videos you make understanding names on chipsets, CPUs and likewise, and would love to see one for GPUs, perhaps one mixed about Nvidia and AMD. I’m very happy to hear that you wont start making the “vertical” and “zero attention span” videos, that you will not “follow the crowd”. I know people say this to many YouTubers, but really, keep up the good work :).>> <<@timothyhall87 says : Congrats on another year's success. I would love to see more videos about microcontrollers, how they work, and what these little things are capable of.>> <<@marksadventures3889 says : Just getting back doing things SBC. Updated my laptop's Linux package and have another PC Windows update due soon. Subbed. Yes Pi's have got very dear indeed! Local sale groups of popular social media sites have some bargains here and there. I hope to make a Pi stack in time for a project I have for long distance cycling tours and work.>> <<@GillanMusicArt says : Chris, Great outdoor channel update. In Linux Mint Cinnamon, would you included an item in your next video about removing a, " Broken," hard drive link manually in the Grub Menu, without using the, "Grub Customizer? Best regards.>> <<@cyberlizardcouk says : let's see a Hackintosh video or two. I converted my Dell laptop to a Macbook Pro running Monterey. I even took my two HP 800 G1 (4th gen intel) and converted them to fake Macs running Catalina (one is used as my server, and one is used in my garage to power my 3d printer, laser cutter and CNC machine). Let's see some stuff on Arduino as well.>> <<@nathairsgiathach3728 says : Happy Anniversary!>> <<@menone8532 says : Yes, explain vr. My best wishes to you and the channel for 2023!>> <<@knutschwichtenberg7871 says : Chris I like your comparison of SBCs. But your view is often desktop oriented. What about systems without using a video editor etc. Home Automation requires low power consumption and that value is what I miss. Which CPU requires how much power in standby or under heavy load? May be you can add this information in the future comparison.>> <<@simonboisvert225 says : About AIs: Chat GPT from Open AI is making waves in the education community because of it's ease of use and broad applications. Teachers are warning other teachers to rethink their curriculums so that they don't give essays to do at home.
