Joerg... the design shown here isn't going to be UK legal, as the block at the front is certainly going to count as a barrel under UK law, limiting it it to either 12ft/lbs *or* 2.5 joules, depending how it the gets further sub-classified as a barreled weapon.
A continuous gap between the upper and lower parts of what is currently a completely enclosed block will be required to escape this classification.

I have to say that I like the range of options in this product. The fact that you can switch out to a limb with 120 pounds of force is VERY nice! I had a Barnet wildcat 150 lbs crossbow, and it was a beast to try and cock; that this only has 30 lbs less of force and can be cocked and recocked so easily is a definite plus!
