Although I am the complete opposite of Techlead, I respect his honesty and willingness to look at life through his own vision. Life is a process of our own personal evolution. So at some point we will always find others irrational. There in no one way or one perspective but we can all learn from each other . He is a futurist but I believe we left the best way of life in the past. Not because of an easy way of life. We don't need to replicate the past but if we don't live our life with nature in mind you might end up living in a petri dish spaceship, and that has no affiliation with true life , iIn my own opinion.

My college and law school both had C curves, where most of the grades awarded were C's. A's were the exception; I only made one in my business courses. Finally they got smart and realized it put their graduates at a disadvantage when they sought jobs after graduating. I made an A in freshman English, it was reduced to a B. I made an A in my programming course. It was reduced to a B too. In law school, they told us that they would keep the grade point average between 72 and 76.
