I disagree with the Term 'Transferring' when speaking about Social Security. Social Security is not a 'Transfer', it's a repayment plan. People had to pay into Social Security all their lives to be able to receive their money in the older age.

The problem is education and the dumbing down of the population via entertainment and a general lack of affordable and convenient healthy food options. The U.S. public education system provides an "Industrial" education. Most americans have been trained and conditioned from birth to be ideal employees. If everyone had received a "Classical" education and thus taught how to invest, create passive income, start businesses ect there would be no employees. So "those people" as you so eloquently put it who "have not yet demonstrated" an ability to make money work for them rather than work for money, are the way they are because that's what the establishment trained most of us to be and then marketing conditioned us to eat fast food, impulse buy, stack up credit card debt, and generally favor instant gratification at every turn in order to keep us consuming and now you're complaining cause it worked? You can have government dependent employees and mega corporations, or self sufficient homesteaders and the end of Capitalism. You can NOT have both. Good luck convincing the powers that be to go with a self sufficient population. Pretty sure that's not the ""Great Reset" the WEF is pushing for. You need to get Larry Fink and Klaus Schwab on the show and see if you can hash it out with them. That would be a really interesting show.

@ericheatmiser2099 Says:
When we look at the % of the nation's wealth and where it goes we see that MOST of it goes to just a few individuals. What would you do with the tax dollars to try and even the score? Give it to corporations? Give it to the wealthy individuals at the top in the form of more tax breaks? Those wealthy individuals won't spend that money in this consumer based economy. Let's get real. That's why the government has to come in and put dollars in the consumer's pocket to keep them spending and this Ponzi scheme going so the money hungry dogs at the top can continue feeding off the pheasants below. Maybe we should just allow another great depression to happen so the monopolies will break up and the wealthy will fall too not just the middle class? Then we hear about how these programs from the government hurt productivity. Productivity has been UP!! We can get the data online from multiple sources. In addition to the data we know that in our near future robots and AI will eliminate the need for humans for many of our jobs. So in the end should all that productivity money go to just shareholders? If that's the case are YOU PEOPLE going to sit back, count your money while everyone gets out their ARs and demands a piece of the pie? The way our economy works HAS TO CHANGE. The current model is obsolete. Anyone with just a little common sense should see that it can't work in the future. An entire new system needs to be created. Investors may need a new past time like spending time with family, friends and smelling the roses. Not wait to smell the ones on your coffin and the coffin doesn't come equipped with pockets to put your wealth in. But greed will NEVER allow the needed change and that's why we have a populist/demagogue running again for president. He can convince the pheasants to continue to support the failing, severely unbalanced system. Because most of the wealth goes to the top the government had to spend 34 trillion keeping the economy's engine running. Filling in the void so to speak.

Oh this extremist porn is so absurd. You don't change a huge machine overnight. You young boys don't remember how the US ran surpless in the 90s, and all the girly boys were running around hair on fire, Henny Penny, the sky is falling! The American reserve currency our entire global economic model will collapse if this continues! I laughed. No, the smart boys said, we need debt. So the left and right, collapsed their common sense and now, here we are again. So fine, go ahead I to your silly crypto future. I just happen to know a better way. Spend less, tax more, balance your books. But you guys lack the cojones. Pathetic little boys.

When we ditch “cash!” We’re done with this freedom experiment. Think about eliminating free, ungoverned pier to pier cash transaction. It’s the corner stone of all freedoms we know. Please 🙏 remind people to transact in cash! Have small denominations always. Less cash is available and without demand, it’s being burnt.

Taxing wealthy people at the rate I am taxed at is not “taking all their money” or “all their earnings.” Since formal governments were established (ancient Egypt), government has funded a middle class. Stop hating on the working class.
@metamorfosisdeambulante Says:
hahahahaha "transfer moneuy from those who have made it, to those who say they need it" ?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHH youve lost all credibility if you say that. The state protects and gives money to corporations and those with money much much more than the other way around... lol the graph is percentage of individual payments, not ammounts. ABSURD.
@jjlpn1703 Says:
You started the conversation out by saying Americans have a spending problem but then pointed out that Gen z doesn’t have any motivation to make money. I’m a Gen x and I believe all of the above are true. However, if you down size your home and only buy the things you need to survive, it’s a much better way of life due to lower stress and enjoying things like the outdoors. Tiny homes and van life looks appealing to me. It’s a way to say no to capitalism and yes to inner peace and health. The boomers are doing just fine with this type of life style. There’s also solar and other alternatives for energy. Some are home steading. I believe in choice and if that’s what they want I say go for it. Things like Instacart allows freedom. If the both of you are content with your way of life that’s great. I’m very happy for you. I’m a nurse but I was a victim of domestic violence right before that and received my tuition for free from vesid . So sometimes being poor for a bit works out very nicely.

Coming out of facing alot, I knew two things about the stock market: It caused the Great Depression, and the fastest way to make a million on the markets was to start with two million. And then the Great Recession happened only a few years later. So yeah, I wish someone had better explained it to me earlier in life. Having a good entry and exit strategy will make you succeed in the stock market.

hmmm,thinking about the the math about taking a bus 4h per day for one person to go to school every day and not think about the billions from taxes from the rich, thats a lot of ridicilousness over here.
@stathiskanios Says:
a bit of mental gymnastics on the part where taxing the rich wont change things. definetly the us has a spending issue, but people being billionaires and trilionaires na paying peanuts in tax in comparison to the percentage that actual people in povery pay is suspicious at least
@notbob8252 Says:
That's a crazy crazy bad argument it's a crazy argument no one's even making that argument on the other side. The real question is how many large companies are paying nothing in taxes And when someone owns such a large portion of the country's wealth what would a fair amount to pay their own way be? How many companies pay nothing in taxes first Second to maintain a stable society what is the bare minimum someone should be forced to pay into the system in order to maintain especially since they have such a large stake in maintaining its stability?

The argument is not if Israeli should exist or not. This is the huge international media driven miss understanding. This argument only exists for those that are personally invested in Israel for personal reasons. The actual argument/ question for most of America has nothing to do with Israel being a state. The argument is are you automatically part of Hamas simply by being born Palestinian? Number 2, Do Palestinians deserve human rights like every other human group on earth? Period. But this argument does not benefit those seeking to obtain control over the gas and natural resources found right off the coast of the conflict region. Most Americans have absolutely taken no issue With this an Israeli state and have absolutely zero issues with Jewish people. Our youth is the least racist and biased in American history. They’re too self-absorbed to care about race. Bigotry is driven by group thought. . Americans are culturally self focused until its a humanity crisis. Most Americans would not invest critical time or emotions on a religious fight over land that will never benefit them directly Americans don’t even care about their own freedom

Baby boomers are retiring or on the verge to, so how do we deal with such recession-influenced market conditions? Typically my $320k worth of holdings go up 8% then lose 20% right after and the cycle continues, I’m confused and truly sick of the system

But, if this administration is corrupt and in line with China and really bought into the global game as it looks like they are trying to destroy the economy, why not believe they want to destroy the economy and make sure to not turn on the printer to fix the economy but destroy it. So they will not be turning on the printer, why do you think they put a deliberate in office to take the blame? It’s going down this year!

Bitcoin Cash is up about 300% in one year, so over twice the gains as BTC over the same period 🤔 BCH has the same 21M max supply, the same Genesis block, the same miners and halvings BCH is still only $460 for one coin, affordable for most people and some hope that a small investment could do well over time, especially if it's long term trajectory might be to follow BTC "It might make sense just to get some in case it catches on" 🌱 Maybe look into BCH, see if it's for you, buy some and then spread the word, even use it as P2P Electronic Cash 🤔
